Can t even get through for a simple phone call to schedule some care. I had a telehealth appointment. They didn t even call at the right time. When they finally called, it was an hour and half later, and they told me to schedule another appointment. Customer service really stinks! They need to understand your customers keep you in business.
This place is so unprofessional. Do not waste your time. They want you to make an appointment through the phone, but yet have you waiting for over an hour to even speak to someone. The call center needs to do better.
NP Tiffany is possibly incompetent and lacks empathy, customer service is not helpful .your better off googling a remedy. This place is for a quick return back to work note..or to get a camp or back to school physical form completed not for actual medical care. Covid made the already lacking services even worst..no one cares at this place. Front desk may be the most concerned out of the entire establishment they will kindly take a message put it in the Queue for a return call that you shouldn t hold your breath to receive because NO ONE is calling you back. I have never experienced such horrible medical care in my life. The establishment is doing a disservice to the already underserved community.
Worst dr office I have ever been too. Hard to get on the phone, answering machines are full. When they do say they made an appointment for you it s not guaranteed. Made an appointment a month and a half in advance because that s the earliest availability to head just to show up for them to apologize and say the person you spoke to Wrote it in the notes but did not book your appointment. Sorry we can t see you today but we will be happy to schedule you a new appointment.
The facilities are clean and nice for sure. Customer service however is horrible, they yell, they cut you off when you are speaking, and they are just rude. It is almost impossible to get an appointment and whenever you call please be prepared to be on hold for at least 30mins. I've needed appointments and have had to go to CVS instead because there were no openings here. Providers refuse requested services all the time like certain examinations and referrals. I've had to call my insurance company to dispute claims on more than one occasion. I'm finally switching! The location is convenient but it is just not worth my health or the headache.
This place has definitely changed throughout the years. This is my last year here. I'm going to find a better doctor for myself and my kid. So many complaints it's ridiculous.
It used to be great; the answering service is horrible. Patient care has severely declined. Do yourself a favor, find a different provider.
I've been a patient here for 13years and was billed for services multiple times that were free of charge. The last I was seen by them they did the same in charging me incorrectly. I drove miles out of my way to resolve the matter multiple times. They neglected the bill for SO LONG that my credit dropped 60POINTS!!! Im still working to get it back into the 700's. Beyond disappointing!! Especially with my start of a new business. Currently seeking a new pcp facility.
Currently been on hold for 1 hr. Left voice mail one week ago no call back. Horrible to get care if needed.
I was treated horribly and dismissed by the physician that I saw as well as the medical assistants. I sat for an hour waiting to be seen and had I not went looking for someone to attend to me, I would have been waiting longer. Then my needs weren't heard and the physician was very dismissive. It was a horrible experience i recommend that NO ONE attend this clinic for any reason due to how patients are treated by the staff. This whole entire practice should be shut down, staff fired and the specific physician should have her credentials removed. I give this practice ZERO STARS!
