Fred H. Peck, DDS, Review

I found Dr. Peck in an emergency almost 7 or 8 years ago to the day. I cracked a tooth heading into the Holiday weekend and was seen and treated promptly. I've been a patient since. Always impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Even a few years ago when our insurance coverage changed and Dr. Peck was no longer in network my overall experience with him caused me to continue to pay out of pocket to stay with them.

I would highly recommend Dr.Peck and his staff to anyone needing dental work. They do high quality work, and everyone that has worked on my teeth has had gentle hands. They are personable, while maintaining professional decorum. They are efficient and don't keep you waiting, while also never making you feel rushed. They take the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and bend over backwards to work around your schedule.

Have always had good experience at this office. Dental care is excellent and staff are always responsive to patient needs.

Top notch dentistry! From Dr. Peck to the front office staff, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about you and your health. It's like walking in and spending time with family. I highly recommend this practice. I personally drive over an hour to this office and its worth every mile I drive.

In the last three plus years, I received extensive dental treatments at Dr. Peck's office.
After moving quite a few times and dealing with different dentists, I have no hesitation to state that Dr. Peck is well above all.

Dr Peck and his staff just completed some cosmetic work for me, and I'm really happy and impressed with the results! These folks are professionals, skilled and very friendly. I would recommend them to friends and family alike.

Over charged and claimed work not needed.
He requires payment of your crown at the time. He said I needed a build up and something else- I went to 2 other dentists and both said NO that is if you grind. Staff was nasty to me. I bought 1 whitening and got the bag home and there was 1 missing and 2 boxes of the stuff- I never even use it! cost almost $300 bucks! FRAUD!

I've trusted Dr. Peck and his team for over 10 years for my cleanings, replacement of my veneers and treating my TMJ. He and his staff are warm and knowledgeable- I m always hearing about the latest conference they ve attended to ensure they are up on the latest and best procedures. The office has the latest in dental technology. I trust Dr. Peck and his staff and highly recommend them!

Best dental experience I have ever had. From the first phone call I had with them with scheduling to walking out the door after a visit. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful. They called when openings occurred to see if I was interested in coming in sooner, and when there, they were very upbeat and cheerful. The dentist was very understanding of my TMJ, something most dentists get frustrated at me about, and he gave me multiple mouth breaks to help alleviate the jaw pain during the exam. At the end of it, he explained everything in lay mans terms and informed me of my treatment options. I am actually excited to go back to the dentist!!! :-)

Awesome Dentist... Dr. Peck is very professional and straightforward of what needs to be done... I live 2.5 hours away but I m more comfortable coming to this Dental office than the one across my street... I highly recommend this office. His staff is absolutely amazing.

They get to know every patient and care about each, providing world class service and dental work that is in the long term interest of each patient. Dr. Peck is an extremely skilled and pleasant practitioner. I had the need to fix 10 of my upper teeth due to an accident last summer. I am a DDS, living in Chicago, but chose to make Dr. Peck my restorative DDS after a careful search and several professional referrals. They were all correct in suggesting I see Dr. Peck for my care. I could have gone to any of my colleagues in Chicago, probably would have been OK, but I chose to travel for my care and it was WELL worth it. I am THRILLED with the restorations I received and the conscientious care given at my appointments. Care here is top notch. Lovely office and super friendly staff too. This is a fine dental practice.

I have been to several different dentists throughout my lifetime. Dr. Fred Peck is by far the best dentist I have ever come in contact with. From the first appointment and forward, I always felt at ease. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Peck explains every step of every procedure. His work is phenomenal and painless. The technology and attention to detail is like no other. He truly is an artist and aims for and achieves perfection in his work. He gains the trust of his patients through his work and the end results. I would HIGHLY reccomend him and his office to anyone I come into contact with. Hands down STILL the top Doc in the ohio valley.

Love the office staff. All the ladies are friendly, professional, really care about your comfort and are knowledgeable. However, from my experience Dr. Peck can sometimes be in a bit of a hurry and more focused on moving on than on the patient at hand.

First I ask my wife why did you pick a dentist so far from our house? Then when we get there already knowing that my teeth were jack up with no hope but Dr peck and staff gave me hope. They explain the process and stuck with it. I don't have my permanent crown on - don't have a bill- yet they hound you for every dime- I hadn't even finished the work- and got calls- harassing me even when I said I was at the hair salon- with wet hair! and the bill was like 300 bucks! wow and ouch.
I feel like I got off on the wrong foot from day one and the one staff seems put off and aggravated with me every time I come in.
The other staff didn't know how to call my insurance company and get the total left on my insurance- for the year but when I called insurance I got the total the first try.
Why would I recommend them to anyone when I haven't even finished my crown and they are already treating me like a dead beat.

Excellent service with top notch equipment and staff. Front Office staff is welcoming and hospitable upon arrival and you never have to wait long. The dental hygienists are great as well and are very knowledgeable, kind, and make you feel at ease. Lastly Dr Peck is the best in the city.
