I don't have my permanent crown on - don't have a bill- yet they hound you for every dime- I hadn't even finished the work- and got calls- harassing me even when I said I was at the hair salon- with wet hair! and the bill was like 300 bucks! wow and ouch.
I feel like I got off on the wrong foot from day one and the one staff seems put off and aggravated with me every time I come in.
The other staff didn't know how to call my insurance company and get the total left on my insurance- for the year but when I called insurance I got the total the first try.
Why would I recommend them to anyone when I haven't even finished my crown and they are already treating me like a dead beat.
