Love this place been going for almost 10 years! Best breakfast in Durham

Cant explain it. Honestly if you don't go it's one less person in line.. prolly skip it..

I've only been here once in the fall of 2020. When I ordered a salad and it took them forever to make it. When I finally received my over priced salad it was literally just a couple pieces of lettuce with a few pieces of raw broccoli and carrot. Honestly I don't even know if it would be appropriate to call it a salad even more like left over scraps? If I remember correctly I also ordered bacon and did not receive any bacon. By far the worst quality food I've had in Durham so far. Maybe some of their other food is ok but honestly the old McDonalds dollar menu salad was better quality and value than what I received here.

The man who owns this place is so lovely, aaaaand the food is reasonably priced and delicious. Win, win !

Best breakfast wraps around hands down. Very underrated, would definitely recommend it if you like breakfast sandwiches.

If their avg rating is anything less than a 4.9, it's under-rated. Food and service are excellent. Anytime I'm in the area during their hours, I want to stop in! Keep up the great work

Sandwiches and fries are off the hook. Definition of comfort/stoner food. Associates are very sweet. Skip the larger lunch spots unless you need to be seated and your food brought to you. If you want better quality comfort food and can appreciate a seat at any of the open air seating arrangements around campus, this joint is on point.

Accidentally made it halfway through my meal before remembering to snap pictures. The food was the best I've had in a while; the fries were soft inside and crisp outside, the grilled chicken sandwich was wonderful in every degree (it was also about 3 times as long as it looks in the picture). And the prices were amazing. If you're looking for somewhere to eat, look no further. Franz has a wide assortment of foods & an enjoyable environment. **Definitely get the fries**

The menu and service were above our expectations. We absolutely liked the environment of this place. Fantastic place to take my family out for dinner.
