My experience comes from the employment side as I have been a family member of FSB for 2 years as of early 2021.

As someone who works in the employment industry, it is hard to navigate through the marketing slogans that promise amazing work/life balance, flex schedules, driven and meaningful work that excited you to come to work every day while not driving you into a non-stop grind.

FSB is an amazing place with awesome leaders who are always asking how decisions affect their people. They always want their clients to be treated as family, too, and are very open in wanting to provide a "mom & pop" style environment for their employees and client relations.

Interviewed with them in December of 2020. Recruiter acted all nice and tried to act like FSB was special and different which should have been a red flag. During the interview they all seem tired and uninterested, and it turns out the position that they wanted wasn't even what I said my skill set was for, which they should have known as evidenced by my profile and portfolio provided. After telling me to reach out with questions or concerns, which I did - I was then ghosted. Only after leaving my negative review did they respond. Reviews on sites like glassdoor and indeed seem to indicate that there is also poor management and people there are overworked.

Highly professional, educated and friendly staff. Their work is impeccable and they have an eye for detail. The dome at the Oklahoma Capital Building is an exquisite example of their work.
