Thank you for closing your stores. It is obvious that you have no way to hold operators accountable and the experience is just the worst. The Store in Archer Florida is so bad.

We used the app and chose curbside pickup. My disabled dad went to pick it up. We then got a call from the employee that she could not come out because she had a line of customers. We tried to explain that dad was disabled but she hung up.

When you have a bad system you fail. Which is why so many locations are closing.

If you own and operate a good Subway I applaud your hard work. Archer Florida is not one of those locations so thank you for admitting failure and closing.

Ordered a double meat wrap, sign says "make any wrap a Signature with double meat". I was told they were not allowed to make double meat wraps. I have been buying them there for 1 1/2 yrs without a problem until 2 newer women started working at the store located at 27680 Bermont Rd., Suite C3, Punta Gorda, FL 33982. Below is the pathetic looking/size "Signature wrap with double meat" looked like! No more for that store!

Your store at Atlantic beach today did not wear masks today. I am very disappointed. The manager did and the two employees wore them around there necks. My husband being a diabetic needed food so I had to stay and get these sandwiches. Very bad to witness during Covid

Ordered 2 salads. The girl put everything in container except lettuce. When i ask about the lettuce she said oh you want lettuce?. I said yes its a salad. Her response was not a lot of people want the lettuce. I ask if she was going to chop up meat. She said no we don't do that anymore. I checked other subway and was told same thing. It was the worse salad I have every gotten at a subway. I won't be going back. Location of store was 29690 Euclid Ave. Wickliffe Ohio

Unfortunately go to Subway located at 469 Plaza Dr, Eustis, FL 32726, It is not recommended as they do not follow business hours rules. I went to buy some sandwiches and this place was already closed 8:25 PM an hour and a half before closing as it says on the door. An employee came out with a negative attitude. Using as an excuse that she was working alone at that time and allowed her to close at the time she wanted. Offering with their negative attitude to download the application on my phone, when in the past I had a bad experience of double collection and they solved it by giving me extra order when I did not need it. When he took the picture of the scheduled schedule, he came out screaming that he cares if I have to report what happened or not ... I should have more empathy and if this situation is to be avoided, a Manager or Assistant to help him sustain the business. and not to be nice to the employees. If the restaurant has cameras, they could see how many customers tried to go shopping and were rejected by this business ... I hope you consider this message and have better training for these employees at this location ... I do not recommend anyone as long as I have irresponsible people working at that location ...

Steak & cheese has less meat every time we go. Today was the worst. Should have just ordered veggies. You will get no more business from me. When you go back to the way you started, let me know. Cutting back hurts business.

For the price of your subs, there should be some meat on them. I ordered a steak and cheese and mayo on a 6 inch and it looked like it was just bread! Very disappointed next time I will go to Jersey Mike's at least they put alot of meat on their subs!

How come don't serve roast beef anymore. I love it there. I decided not go there anymore. Subway just lost a customer. That's all. I went to the 1 on college point blvd in flushing. No more going there.

My daughter placed a order on the app when she got there they couldn t find it in their system. The didn t try hard enough to clear the problem of course they took her money. They wouldn t make her order or give her money back. It is the store in havelock NC very poor customer service the manager on duty needs more training plus the manager they talked to

As a customer in N.C. I would like for my sandwich to look like the ones on TV .... come on they count the black olives and the sandwiches here are nothing but bread.. but the ones on tv now that looks like a sandwich isn t that called false advertisement... that s why I quit eating there I ll just make my own... if I wanted bread and water I can do that myself ...
