Thank you for closing your stores. It is obvious that you have no way to hold operators accountable and the experience is just the worst. The Store in Archer Florida is so bad.

We used the app and chose curbside pickup. My disabled dad went to pick it up. We then got a call from the employee that she could not come out because she had a line of customers. We tried to explain that dad was disabled but she hung up.

When you have a bad system you fail. Which is why so many locations are closing.

If you own and operate a good Subway I applaud your hard work. Archer Florida is not one of those locations so thank you for admitting failure and closing.
