As a resident, I had over 15 maintenance request, many of them went unanswered until I followed up. The property manager would come into my apartment without notice or leaving a notice of entry. I had electrical issue (No A/C or Heat in the season when needed) to rodent issue that lasted for months at a time. I would not recommend this organization for housing to anyone. Management communication was awful. The entire year process was damaging to my family well-being. I spoke with other residence that stated the had many unfilled maintenance request. I had to reach out to Austin Tenant Council and Austin Code Enforcer and Texas Legal aide several time. PLEASE RECONSIDER. Trust me, you will thank me later.

Long story short, take the online homebuyer education class and skip this useless class. If you're interested in why, continue on.

Ive owned a house for a couple years now, and this experience still bugs me. Obviously, enough to write a review 2 years later. The homebuyer education class was long, unstructured, and taught by a guy who had simply married a woman with a house! He had several useless tips about making coffee at home, canceling cable, and how credit cards work, but not much in the way of escrow, financing, or the appraisal process. The last part of the class they brought in some dude from Chase Bank to shill for Chase Home Mortgage for an hour. Frameworks then informed us we would need to schedule an ADDITIONAL "counseling session" (on a different day) where were have to give copies of bank statements, social security cards etc. to some Frameworks lackey. I had no intention of doing so, and as a result they wouldn't give me credit for the eight hour class I took. The online class takes like 15 minutes, totally worth it.
