Very rare to come across such a friendly and helpful shipper/receiver and Vivian is the best! Customer service is on point

Unloaded in good time. Kinda tight getting docked due to the employee's cars. No real parking if you have to wait. Another warehouse across the driveway so you have to watch out for trucks and cars at that facility too.

I tried to go to your website to send an email but I could not find away to do so. I just want someone to be aware of how great your customer service is. We are a carrier and we bring product to your facility. Every time I have to set a delivery apt I am greeted by the most pleasant people, from the receptionist to the scheduling department. My drivers always enjoy coming in there as well.
I just want to make sure the young ladies I speak to when setting the apts get proper recognition since this world seems to be lacking in good customer service anymore.

It's a great place to work I have been there for a few mouth and found that manegment is helpful and there a good group of people to bee around as well I have great coworkers we all help each other so if your looking for a great place to work come check them out
