Driver number ''55''... she was unbelievably aggressive, cranky and rude. No hi no smile and she left clicking her tongue 3 times instead of saying ''bye''.

Good prompt email communication with my order which just came. Earlier than expected. Lovely friendly delivery man. Thank you Foxline.

My delivery guy, i think number 53, was really nice and quick. No complaints here

Very unprofessional standards shown by drivers. No regard for road rules, including running red traffic lights. Would not trust them with anything I wanted delivered.

Delivery was fast, but there was no signage required on delivery, with an expensive item left at the door. Also tracking has not recorded the item as having been delivered, Out for delivery, or even in transit. I'm glad it made it safely, but it could have easily been stolen. Especially as I had no idea it had been delivered. This gives me very little trust in the company to safely deliver things in the future.

Called to get an ETA on a parcel, I was put on hold for a while.
When the call was finally answered, the rude lady on the phone claims it is company policy to place customers on hold.

It is also company policy not to allow customers / end users to track any consignments.

Next time I place a stock order, I will be asking whether the consignment is being delivered by Foxline. If it is, I will not place the order.
I do not recommend Foxline.
