Called to get an ETA on a parcel, I was put on hold for a while.
When the call was finally answered, the rude lady on the phone claims it is company policy to place customers on hold.

It is also company policy not to allow customers / end users to track any consignments.

Next time I place a stock order, I will be asking whether the consignment is being delivered by Foxline. If it is, I will not place the order.
I do not recommend Foxline.
