From the very first call to the last call my representative Jenette was extremely nice courteous and helpful. I feel these type of places usually are not this friendly due to the type of work and people they deal with everyday. Could not have ask for better experience.

I paid this company after receiving a collection notice and they managed to lose the check after cashing it so now I'm going to have to pay again. They had told me two years ago that it was taken care of and now it's become a problem again.
I am not sure why the bad reviews. They have never called me. I saw the collection on my credit report and called! I spoke with "Jenette" she was amazing and gave me additional information that I did not know. She was very helpful and confident.........
I had a pending collection with Fox Collections and was hesitant to call again because of my previous experience. However, I made the call and spoke to Jenette and she was able to assist me in settling my debt. She was very courteous and understanding with my concerns.
Worst company I've ever dealt with!!! I was assaulted and robbed, and had several medical bills because of the robbery. The government program Victims of Crime picked up my claim, and paid my medical bills. When fox collection first started contacting me, I told them who the bills were going through , and that they would be paid not by me, but by the government directly. They didn't give a damn. They wanted my money right then and there. Two and a half years after the incident, I am still fighting them to remove it off my credit. Since the government agency paid the provider directly, and not the collection agency, they were showing unpaid for the longest. I am still fighting them. I spoke with a Terry Jackson today and she didn't care one bit to help. She just kept repeating the same thing over and over. I'd get better assistance from a tree stump. Beware of this place. They are the bottom of the barrel!!
No one ever knows what they re talking about there. All I get is I m not sure ok but you work here so? Also they re known to charge more than what the original account was charged for. Mine was $600, tell me why they added an extra $66 to make it $666? Kinda sus
How can they tell you you owe a bill and tell you to call a number to use your HSA and that number says you have zero balance and then call you a liar in not so many words. This is the rudest collection agency I've ever dealt with.
I strongly urge you to speak with Jenette Killough if you have to go through Fox Collections. I was angry and confused as to why I had been reported in the first place, as I pay my bills promptly and in full and had never received this bill in the mail. I had already spoken with 3 other people who had absolutely no information or sympathy towards me, despite me being completely in the dark. Jeanette laid out all the information for me, the timelines, where they had incorrect information (thanks to the hospital, not them. It was the reason for the lack of communication), and even gave me insight from a personal experience on her part to help me better understand the situation and how the hospital bills process. I finally spoke with a PERSON who understood I was human, and didn t have all the information. The others need to take note, as THAT is how you receive a payment. Thank you again Jenette!!
We were turned over to collections for an outstanding bill, which we NEVER received, from what we can only guess was for our daughters hospital trip during college in Nashville. I called Fox, and they claim they have no information other than the company name that turned us over to them... no phone number or address. I was told to call my insurance company, which I did and they have no record of said company or any bills that came to them. Called Fox again, and they said they have no information and that my insurance company should find out info about the bill since they work for me. But how....??Nothing was ever submitted to them so they have no records of charges. I looked up the company's name on line and found that it is 'permanently closed'. Called the hospital and was told all of my daughters bills were paid, and that it could be from a specialist. I called the offices of all Dr's that saw my daughter, and no outstanding bills for her. Something does not add up... now I'm waiting on all her medical records to be sure no bills are outstanding. So frustrating!! How could they be collecting $$ for a company they know nothing about???!!
Obviously, it's never good news to get a call from collections. This affected my credit negatively, and was making it difficult to get our home loan. When I called to work something out, I got ahold of Jenette. Jenette was easy to work with, and truly seemed like they cared about me. Krystal was amazing! A company billed us incorrectly when my son was born causing a delayed payment from my insurance company. I was so upset I had been turned over to a collection agency! Krystal quickly got the problem resolved for me. Very good customer service.
Jennette Killough was my agent. She was the best customer oriented collection agency employee I ja e ever dealt with. I had an account in collection by mistake and she helped me way beyond what she was required to get it resolved and them paid. Customer service goes along way when your trying to get paid.
Very unprofessional. Mary called and stated I owed the total balance including their fee and the original bal. I had already paid the original balance directly on the original website the wk prior. So i understood maybe it had not been communicated. She stated i still owed their fee so i paid accordingly. So a whole month later here this "Mary" comes calling again and claimed again the original amount was unpaid. Luckily i kept the receipt and ended up having to speak with a supervisor bc Mary was argumentative and rude . The original creditor called me back after i filed a complaint and stated there was no reason for the agency to call me. She apologized and again reassured me i was paid in full and not to deal with them. Utterly ridiculous and their accounting system apparently needs major work. Keep any documentation with this company to cover yourself!
My husband and I have moved 3 times in 2 years, due to his job and I had an emergency visit and due to the move we never received one of the bills. I was contacted by Fox Collection Center and they were very professional and patient with yet another move and allowing us to research and pay the bill several months later. Was a pleasant experience, they did not make me feel bad.
I am a good Christian woman, trying to make it on my own and also care for 85 year old mother. These people are rude, non-profit caring, in - human, non-compassionate people. I'm doing the best I can do and will pay my bills. I hope your business fails. You have no business dealing with people who are struggling to pay their bills. Fearful for you and God's judgement upon you.
Given the nature of the business, you might want to take some of these reviews with a grain of salt. My personal experience has been that Fox Collection Center has been exemplary in their field. Jenette Killough is a sweetheart of a human being and a sincere pleasure to work with. She's always helpful, cheerful, remembers your name, treats you with respect and is very knowledgeable about her job. If her mgr or higher ups are reading this, Jenette is a credit and an asset to your establishment.
I recently paid off my medical debt with your company. I have no insurance my debt all together was around 16,000. So I have been dealing with many debt collectors. I just want to let you know how well I was treated with your company. Jeanette was very kind and understanding about my financial problem. She never once made me feel like a failure because of my debt. Most collectors are very cold and will not work with you. I have experienced this with most collectors. It was easy to speak with her and when I was able to pay the debt off I made sure your company was the first one paid because of her. I hope this company acknowledges and appreciates her as much as I have this past year.
Very very angry. I got a call with people talking in the background with a bunch of kids. Person on phone was rude with a bad connection. Immediately demanded personal info from me without identifying themselves. I told them I am sorry but my grandmother just died and I wasn't in a state to talk but they could mail it. They were very disrespectful regarding this and told me to google this company and hand over my information. Welp I googled you. Here's the review. I am beyond angry and you just added to an extremely painful day. I will be contacting the doctors office of whoever you bought my debt from and paying them personally instead. You are a very sick company for disregarding this fact and not at the very least offering to call next week.
BAD business! I spent the past 6 YEARS arguing with these people to do what s right and remove a $304 medical bill off my credit. By law, it should ve never even been reported to start with. Even after sending letters of proof from my insurance company, they still said the EOB didnt match . They don t care about what s right, they think they are above the law. Rose Camunas is a liar and company in whole is scum. I had to contact my credit report many times with proof each time and after 3 attempts they finally removed. Fox is the worst company ever and should be put out of business!
Called me over a debt fron Wilson co emer. Mgmt that isn't even mine . Never even been to Wilson county in my entire life. Staff is hateful and condescending. Fraudulent account that they will not help me remove. It's one thing to have something on your credit but to have something that's not even supposed to be there killing your credit and they won't help is another thing. Unprofessional
Collections are hard to face. But you know they re owed their money. I wasn t made to feel ashamed, they keep it professional and really try to work with you. My balance was paid in full today and I couldn t be happier!
Dont be fooled by the fake reviews of helping people out. After acquiring a bill from a medical procedure I had a summons issued for double the amount owed. I offered to pay the bill plus $500 bill plus a $165 collection fee and they said no and I had to pay over $1k in full. There is nothing nice about this place. I have a company and hire collection agencies often and this is the type of agency that gives them a bad name. Heritage Medical should be ashamed they represent them.
Very friendly and professional! Julie helped me get set up originally and was so helpful, and I have dealt with Pam ever since. She is always so nice and talks to me like an actual person, not just someone who owes money. No one wants to review a collection agency, but I feel like it should be known how great my experience has been while paying off a debt. Thank you guys for your customer service!
I called and spoke to 2 different representatives that were not helpful at all. I researched and found several good reviews on Jenette. I called back and was eventually transferred to her. She was so helpful and helped me with everything I needed. She made it easy and I just wish I had her all along. Also her attitude was great!! She should rub off on the others there.
Sent me a bill 2/5/21 for 216$...I sent 25$ on 2/22/21...called on 3/12/21 to payoff balance and was told I owed $393...this place is shameful. Hope y'all needed that extra $200 more than I did...ripping people off that don't have health insurance ...shame on you!
Jenette Killough saved me. I was getting a collection bill without being previously billed and after two other agents claimed they could not help me, she did. She took my health insurance information and refiled my claim and said to give her two weeks and she would call me back to see if it was resolved. My issue was resolved in three weeks with a zero balance and it is all due to Jenette. The other two agents wanted payment for the collection and told me if I wanted to resubmit the claim I would have to google the providers. Thank Good for Jenette.

Sent me a letter stating that I owed money from a medical imaging center in Murfreesboro. I didn,t remember receiving a statment from them. So I took the collection letter to the imaging center. The imaging says they didnt send my information to Fox nor did I owe them any money. They also said they had no recorded of me being seen there on the dates that the Fox letter claimed I recieved service. I have contacted the better Business Bureau and filed a formal complaint. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY. FROM ALL APPEARANCES VERY SHADY BUSINNESS PRACTICES.
I am getting ready to buy a house and saw that I suddenly had an account recently reported with them which reduced my credit rating. I just called and it was a very quick transaction to fix it. Got my email receipt with a zero balance letter. I see people have issues with them but I didn t have any problem at all. It s the lady was very nice and quick to fix it. The only remaining thing is that it takes 30 to 45 days to come off the credit but that is because of the credit bureau and not because of the collection agency. It was a pain in the butt to have to do this but they were very quick and very nice and it was done in under a minute.
I have been dealing with this Collection Agency since July 2016. Once I received their letter I called Radiology of Clarksville to find out they have went out of business. I then called Fox Collections back to get more info, they were not very helpful at all. I then contacted the VA several times. I was told the $604 Bill had been Paid in Nov 2017. Here it is 31 Jan 2018 and they still have not sent in to clear my Credit Report. I guess I need to Proceed with Legal Action to Finally get this Cleared Up!!!!
I usually wouldn t leave a review for a collection company however, I felt it warranted. My husband was contacted by Jeanette regarding a medical bill that had been sent to collections. The amount the doctor was charging was not the amount that was agreed upon when we left his office. Why this doctor sent this bill to collections instead of us directly I ll never understand. My husband handed this bill to me & Jeanettes phone number. I reached out to her & explained that this bill was $300 more than it should be. We agreed to both try calling the doctor to see if he would adjust the amount. I called no less than 6 times & could never get past the Secretary, who could not adjust the bill for me. Jeanette probably called the doctor office a dozen times, each time with a new price from his office & still not the price I was given. It took both of us 2 months calling & finally she was able to get his office to honor the price we were given. She was very pleasant to deal with & at the end of the day got the bill corrected. Thanks Jeanette!!
Had a bill that was from 2013 that was placed with them and I filed bankruptcy in 2016 and this bill was part of it now I look on my credit report and these blood suckers have reposted it as of June 1,2017 as open ummm this was discharged and it shouldn't be put in as open.let alone reposted to my credit report it should day closed. Also my husband had a bill placed with them also and it was part of the Bankruptcy and it's still lsted as open. I'll be contactingy attorney Monday over this BS.
Jenette was the person with whom I corresponded with at Fox. She was wonderful. After a very lengthy battle with the physicians office over charges, I sent in payment. Instead of them taking my payment,, they returned my payment and turned me over to collections. I know this is out of spite regardless of what the office manager says. They set out to ruin my credit. However, it backfired, Jenette made this easy. She is friendly, courteous and goes out of her way to make it easy to resolve. She emailed me so that I could communicate with her. I hope she trains new people that come in the company, her attitude alone makes her a standout. Thank you Jenette !! You are a pleasant persona and pleasant to work with
I normally don't write reviews, however, I may have to start. I give credit where credit is due, I honor those that do their job. I cannot remember who I spoke with, however I noticed she sounded like an older lady with a thick down south country accent. She was extremely courteous and helpful. She called me a few days ago and said the typical script most collection agencies tell their employees to say. I was polite to her and explained the situation to her. She called be back on payday Friday around 6 or 7pm. I paid my bill and that was that. I was nice to her and she was nice back, no hard feelings because its my fault alone that my bill went to collections.
Very disappointed in them. Terrence was nice, however I was told the entity I owed money to did not negotiate. After contacting the entity myself they stated they did negotiate. Now I am in limbo for I again was told a lower figure, still too much, but again was told that that was the "final offer." I am being forced to file bankruptcy because of this. No one will get $$ and this is very degrading.

Called and they had approximately 7 accounts all of which had insurance they then informed me I would have to contact the radiology depart of the hospital I went to so I did and they told me was nothing outstanding because I had insurance-- fox collection really need to update their accounts cause I am not paying on a bill from 2011 and has insurance
I owed money, was placed with this agency for collections, they work with me so i can pay this debt that I owe, very helpful people. im now debt free thanks to this company. they have payment plans for just about anybody.
Everyone I spoke with has an attitude issue. They won't give any information unless you provide personal information. Even my cell phone shows as spam risk. Don't trust them!
This collection company should be shut down, I'm disappointed with a phone conversation I had with one of the staff, She told me I can't speak good English. What a disrespectful comment, I was thinking a company like this will have professional staffs to help people but its a shame and disgrace on who ever gave that lady a job. She deserve to be fired!!!

With this collection agency: I got a report on my credit report that I did not pay them (first collection report I ever get). I was never contacted by them. They sent a statement to two old addresses. And never called me. I had no idea this account even exists. Its for 195$, I could have easily paid that.
I called and talked to a lady that was beyond unprofessional. Unpleasant, and kept giving me robotic repetitive responses that were really quite annoying. I was simply asking an explanation to if the report will disappear from the credit bureau if I pay right now. She kept telling me our policy is so and so, id tell her I understand, but you still did not answer my question; and she would repeat the same sentence.
My experience with this collection agency has been quite unfortunate. I hoped they would have been more professional.
I will pay my debt obviously, but I will also be reporting them to my state attorney general s office, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Is this some kind of scam outfit? They call my cell phone once a month. If I take the call, there is nobody on the line. If I don't take the call they don't leave a message. I really wish our government would crawl out from under their corporate handlers, grow a backbone, and provide some oversight for this kind of activity...
A collection showed up on my credit report for a physical therapy session I was unaware my insurance wouldn't pay for. Called the next day and spoke with Janette who was very kind and courteous. After paying the full amount I owed she told me it would be reported back to the company as paid and removed from my credit report within a month. Surprisingly it actually was removed within a week and I am super happy!
I had the privilege of speaking with Adrienne. She was phenomenal. She gave exceptional service and it was quick and simple. This is my first and hopefully my last collection bill from there.
After my husband had a stroke 18 months later, we were notified that his bills were going into collection. Ms. Jenette took the time with us and let us know when the debts were finally taken care of by the insurance.
Nobody likes paying bills especially medical. As a company just doing their jobs, they were very professional. The woman I spoke with was very polite and friendly. Remember they are just doing their job so if you are polite and respectful 9 times out of 10 you will be treated the same way.
I wanna start out by saying I had a collections from so long ago I didn't even know it was out there, till I checked my credit and there I saw FOX.. So from the other comments I was skeptical they would do anything to help, but I was wrong.. I called, they went over with me, and even asked if I needed to pay over time to better accommodate my needs since the balance was so large!!! I have to say as far as collection agencies go this the nicest!!!! Also when I asked them if this would stay on my credit, IT WILL BE REMOVED!!! Awesome, Thanks Fox.....
Jenette Killough is extremely helpful and displays great customer service! She pays attention to her customer needs and tries her best to work with you on any collections you may have. She was thoughtful and patient with me every time I spoke with her concerning my accounts, willing to work with payment options to help get my debt cleared. She is absolutely the BEST!!!
