I have the feeling this company is dieing. No support and Innovation any more. I had 10 years a Foursquare / swarm account with 100000 checkins - but no support for three month. So I deleted my account. Moving more to google.

I wasn't happy with the support as I requested to delete my account and it took 2 months to complete with many follow up requests on twitter/facebook/mail. I also had to contact the data protection commissioner for advice

Disappointing, i'm not able to contact a human and there call inbox is full.

I want an incorrect listing removed as its damaging to our SEO but wow $20 to get something removed you did wrong... Nope.
