Located in Madhapur, Hi-tech City, Hyderabad. A place for IT professionals, first National IT tower in Hyderabad. One can easily identified in normal traffic. Main road only. Usually heavy traffic. Since junction for all major locations like Kukatpally, Kondapur, Banjara Hills, Gachibowli.

Good maintenance. Some of the offices do not have water and drain inside their premises. they need to reach floor toilets even to wash hands.

I used to work here in 2013 and it was at Quadrant 4, 9th floor, the scene used to be fantastic from up above. I remember the very first day of my office, I started drawing the Lodha twin towers and clouds at the background from the conference room.

I can't explain about this because it's an amazing place in the city

What's better to say about IT signature tower of Hyderabad. Apart from software companies you will get one of best biryani there.

Once it's a symbol of software industry. But government has put it aside because of political bias.But you can find it on the road side easily.

Beautiful structure as Icon of Hitex. Has near metro station for transportation in twin cities.

Outer it is beautiful to see but inside it is very congested and infrastructure is very bad. Security is very poor. Lifts are very small onoy 5 people can fit into it. Company areas are also very small.

For the last 2+ decades, this place has been the face of hyderabad for IT.
I had spent ample time in this building working for keane india ltd and i can recall many memories from this place.

The place was designed with respect to the needs as per the requirements in 1990's but as the IT flourished in hyderabad, this place has became the Iconic LandMark for Hyderabad. It still caters to lot of IT companies but all these companies have to move once their standard employee base increases over the years.

It has a wonderful plan with 4 chambers and each chamber having lifts. we still had problems with the lifts as they aged
The place also has been renovated few years back and still stands firm with its beauty.

They have ample parking space but then its not sufficient for the current requirements. I myself had parking issues at this place and had to park elsewhere several times. Now that Metro is just a walk away, its a better place to commute to work.

They have high security for outsiders because of its heritage. They have walkway gardens and people go for walks in the evenings.

People can visit this place but its not worth. there is nothing superb to view from inside.

This place has a lot of improvements required.

Amazing construction I never saw in my life that building architecture

Worst building ever, security won't allow parking even for a short period. There is no parking nearby.

Very known place for the IT Hub of Hyderabad, No painting done since long..!!!
