Got a loan financed for a 2012 Fusion when my credit was a little on the shakey side. 9%. Paid on time, sometimes double payments, sometimes a little added principal. Car is about to be paid off in a year and a half on a 63 month loan. Only had to ask a couple of questions during that time and was always spoken to by courteous and professional people. Pay your bills, then you will get that, too, I am sure. Funny how that works. Wonderful web page too! Transparent and helpful.

I love Foursight. They worked with me many times when I fell behind on my payments. Mainly when I had Covid. They always showed me respect and no rudeness from anyone I have spoken with. Best of the Best from me. I would recommend them to my friends and family anytime

For the most part Ive been satisfied with foursight capital but given the chance to get a loan with them again I would not. Go through your credit union. Customer service is ok but they are really strict on their late fee policies and generally will not wave any sort of late fees on the account if you make any mistakes. Late fees are 30 dollars per late payment and can add up quickly without notice. I do have to say that it is easy to to make payments to the loan and the web interface is very well constructed.

I mean reading all these other reviews. I should have known better. I am presently going through the same thing with them late fees for no reason. Especially from the 4 months shut down due to the pandemic. I have asked them to wave them since I wasn't working and they are still showing on my account, I been trying to process my car payment, it could never went through and they had the nerve to tell me that my account number was wrong when I been making payments from the same account since day one. Worse company ever. Refinance with a different company is a must!

One of if not the best bank for obtaining a car loan when your credit isn t the best. Comparable rates as major lenders in the market. Don t hesitate to give them a chance. I refer friends and family!! They have been consistent with giving loans.

I will never do business with them again!! I initially used them for financing due to the dealership I purchased my car from in order to receive discounts and I refinanced with my credit union. They kept sending me statements saying I owed $20 but it wasn't due. No explanation on what it was for. I tried calling their phone number for 2 months and just waited on hold for 40+ minutes each time and could never reach anyone. Then I get a new statement yesterday saying I owed $55.38 with NO information as to why or what this was for. I'd already paid the $20 and they said it was late fees--- LATE FEES??? They wouldn't reverse them, they charge $10 to pay a bill over the phone- oh but they have to call you- you can't get through to them. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE THEY'RE A BOTTOM OF THE BARREL LENDER. Even the employee I was on the phone with said he wouldn't do business with them and doesn't plan on working there long. THAT SAYS IT ALL!!

Little to no understanding of ADA. Website is not friendly. The customer service are mean and vindictive kids with no real world experience. Beware. There is no real boss and their agents and most supervisors are not helpful. They do not listen. They are threatening. They refuse to acknowledge their shortcomings. I am stuck with this due to bad credit because of medical bills I still owe. A typical company with little to no expectations of service no there customers.

Totaled my car in the beginning of February. Took about 45 days to just get the money/and paperwork back and forth between them and insurance. They have ZERO communication with anyone...even in their own departments. I'd honestly rather papercut my eyeball then ever have to deal with this terrible company again. Only pro was easy online payments

When you've worked at a toxic place for so many years you learn to look for specific things with the next potential company. The beginning to a blissful journey for me began in Sept of 2020. A previous co-worker of mine was now HAPPILY working at Foursight and for 3 months she tried to convince me to leave and come join her. Having been unhappy for almost 10 years with my job at the time, I finally took a leap of faith and applied.

To say that Foursight had me at "hello" would be so cliche...but it's TRUE!! From the moment I received that call from Laura in Recruiting with Foursight, I was sold. The professionalism, the easy conversation flow, the ability to connect with a total stranger over the phone while still remembering it's an interview, lol. How does one not feel intrigued and welcomed? As nerve wracking as it was in the interview and their questioning, it was awesome to know that they didn't just hire ANYBODY. What they were asking was a perfect fit with what I was seeking in company culture. If they are going to go all out for their employees you have to prove that you're worth them taking a chance on.

As luck would have it, they hired me!! Its been 8 months since they took a chance on this gal. That same energy and level of importance I felt in the beginning of that "HELLO" with Laura is also expressed throughout the company culture and it's upper management today. THEY TRULY CARE!! There is true comradery with the folks here. From the little guy all the way up to the CEO himself. There is such a thing as a "work family" and I'm so happy I made the jump to come on board. If you find that you're ever so lucky to join Foursight, you'll understand why. Best decision EVER.

I do not typically leave reviews but, my experience must be noted....
I was scheduled for an interview with Laura at 3:30 and was left waiting in the conference room for almost 30 minutes before Laura returned with four other team lead/management personnel. The interview was for the position of Verification Specialist and during the 40 minute interview the position was never discussed. Laura asked multiple questions regarding my current and previous employment which I am aware and understand the purpose of asking about previous experience, however, she asked about my current and previous wage as well as what policy and disciplinary actions they enforce. I was unable to answer some of these questions as they aren t apart of my job title. After 40 minutes of these drilling questions she appeared to be ending the interview and asked if I had any questions and it was at this point that I asked for more information about the position as it hadn t been discussed one time. There was five people interviewing me and not one of them had discussed the company moral or the position itself. There was a brief ( 2 minute) snapshot given which was rushed based on the speed in which she was speaking. This was by far the most unprofessional and uncomfortable interview experience I have had.
