The hotel is very 5 star-ish. It has awesome lobby, welcome receptionist, ornaments, even the toilets are fancy

Beautiful hotel with very well designed and comfortable room. Food is great too. Hotel is next to mosque so you will hear the morning prayers before dawn. Ear plugs are advised for one to sleep in.

The security is OK, the personnel of the security guard are good

Seamless and perfect and the staff really take care of people. Stayed here over a short work trip, the checked in was swift and fuss-free. I wasn t feeling well upon arrival and the staff volunteered and sent some herbal tea to the room for me. It really made me feel better. The room is impeccable, it has everything you need and more. The WiFi is supremely fast and reliable. The soft and comfortable bed await after a long work day. The breakfast is amazing and has a wide spread and the service was just right.

One of the most luxury hotel in Jakarta that I really love a lot great interior design, hospitality, position (at the heart of Jakarta), etc.

Cozy and artsy. But the entrance procedure kind of complicated. They need to have more minimarts that open 24/7 inside the building

So I was right when I remembered that this hotel was located near Kuningan (Setiabudi to be exact). But it was moved to Gatot Subroto in 2015. Kinda feel weird for a luxurious hotel because it is located in an office building where the parking lot is mixed with office parking lot. So, a lot of cars if you stay during working days. All the rooms are suite rooms, which are great and the bathroom is very spacious. My room has shower room and bath tub with rest room in another room. There are 2 washtafels which I found unnecessary but idk.. maybe other guests love to wash their hands side by side?
The pool is located on the 5th floor.
Since it's pandemic time, the hotel gives us 2 disposable mask, 1 bottle of hand sanitizer, and 2 alcohol swabs. We have to scan qr code to see the room service menu and order anything we need through Whatsapp, wechat or fb messenger. We must info and get permission first to go to swimming pool area as it is restricted for 25 guests at same time.
As I said before, the parking lot is quite packed (and also confusing) so it's better to use grab car to go sightseeing. SCBD is located behind the hotel but I went to Pacific Place to have dinner. The hotel has great protocol like using UV light to clean the room and provides hand sanitizer everywhere. Nice.

Check in waiting for 2 hours more, promised 1 hour more, 30 minutes again. This is the first time for a 5 star service like this.

Luxury yet homey... Like the hotel, their ambiance, their hospitality, their security, so I feeling comfort and safe.

Very clean, fancy and well managed establishment. Loved the high ceilings, posh rooms and great cocktail bar. Dio the bartender makes an excellent rum old fashioned!

My visit last time only in the ballroom, didn't have a chance to check out their room. But personally i prefer the old four season the one that located in kuningan

There is often work here as a contractor. The security is friendly. There have been items left behind. Fortunately, there are safekeeping with the security forces. Matur thanks you sir.

Great service. Superb ambience. Nautilus serves large variety of cocktails... Alto has nice Italian food. Quite expensive but worth a stay n visit once in a while.

Come to this hotel for the AGM. The food available tastes good. Comfortable place. The toilet is good and the cleanliness is maintained.

AWESOME. They had a huge ballroom. And beautiful pool.. I do really enjoy the view.

My family stayed here over the weekend. For a weekend away without leaving the city it is a wonderful experience. Opulent and elegant high tech brand new spacious rooms, beautiful lobby and public areas, sumptuous but accessible food and charming and gracious staff. Of particular note is the pool area, which does feel like a resort, with roof top sun deck, hanging lounges, comfy sun lounges and cooling pool. Very restful. We didn't try the gym or the spa but both looked well equipped. Check out the photos

There is no drever room, even though it is often the case at an embassy event at the four seasons hotel on the south Jakarta gatsu road.
