Room is very comfort, service is great but the last touch from concierge person who take stuff for check put is very not comfortable

We celebrated the anniversary, the room was filled with beautiful desserts and bathtubs filled with rose petals, and the words "i love u" and two delicious cakes were piled up with rose petals! The security work is very rigorous. Every time I return to the hotel, I must go through the inspection machine. Then I walk in and see the stylish and luxurious decoration design. The door is open and the front is the Palm Court restaurant. (We have been to this restaurant in the past few days. A few times), on the right is The Libraby (a comfortable place for you to chat and rest), Nautilus (a bar with someone playing the piano) and La Patisserie (there are a lot of desserts you will want to taste one by one), and the checkin on the left Counter and restroom.

Good location at a one way road. The hotel is located behind The Capital office tower.

Eatong at Alto. Super expensive. Good food, but not that special. The tenderloin is superb!

Four Seasons for me and my family is one of the best 5 star hotels in Jakarta. Complete facilities and a luxurious impression coupled with the friendliness of the staff make me and my family feel at home. All staff are friendly especially Mas Fajar and Mba Amelia are very helpful and informative. The price paid is proportional to the comfort and cleanliness of the room, as well as a delicious food menu.

Five star hotdl in the strategic Gatsu area, spacious rooms with all the complete facilities, only a rather limited parking area
