I went in Four Seasons for a reception.
Good food et good service

Perfect placa for staycation. High end hospitality with warm manner from all staffs.

I stayed in this hotel on Idul Adha last month. My first impression for this hotel is, Excellent!! I was amazed by the suite rooms. The interior, the ambience, etc. The breakfast is superb too, the taste was great! And it was my very first experience to have egg benedicts on hotel breakfast.
As im now currently working in a hotel as well, i'd like to give you some advices to improve your hotel.
As i stayed for 3 nights, the second day, i was surprised that the amenities for the hotel weren't given again. I didnt get the toothbrush for the second and third day.
And honestly i was feeling underestimated by one of your staffs, carrisa in FnB department. The service was slow, i can't blame her because of there were a lot of people having breakfast there, but she didnt even smile and i feel like being underestimated by her everytime i talked to her.
That's my advice, hope it could help u improving your hotel. For the rest, everything's good. Keep up the good works!!

Strategically located place in the even - odd plate area restriction.
Going into places in the same hotel must go through security checks.
Better to minimize for convinience.

The most detailed 5 Star Hotel in Jakarta . The service is just out of this world and Chef Marco is a force to be reckoned with , pure magic came out of his kitchens . The Suites are massive and every detail is attended to by an army of well trained professionals. This is the place you need to consider if you are after luxury and endless delights .

Yesterday here because there was a wedding friend, a nice hotel in my opinion, clean, comfortable of course to stay, the atmosphere was ok, the road to get here was nice because when there was an opening asian games event it was quiet, there wasn't any traffic jam normally area here

Very well located. Would have preferred if they did not use plastic bottles for water. So much plastic!

Quite surprised that during covid they do not reduce maximum occupancy. Also, although the hotel is new, some parts of the building feels old (eg. Some ceiling looked like it had a leak before, etc).

However, you can tell that the hotel is a quality, high end hotel

Parking is always hard during wedding receptions and ballroom always feels crowded

Excellent service. Small lobby and a bit limited on food option

The hotel is adjacent to the capitol one office, very spacious and clean. The strategic location can be reached by tije by getting off at the jamsostek gatot subroto stop

Nice hotel. But location is not that great. There's really nothing around the hotel

Cozy. But there is no lobby like the usual hotels. Food is great. So nice for indoor private wedding.

It is a clean building just newly built. It can be expensive in Indonesia, but it is cheaper than the other four seasons.

You can enjoy free coffee at Happy Time and beer and other drinks in the evening. The room has a separate bathroom and serves daily water and fruit.

The restaurant on the first floor also offers a good taste and the SPA on the second floor is also great. There is a swimming pool and all guests can enjoy it.

There is a shuttle bus (shuttle bus) at the nearby mall and you can go back and forth comfortably. The surrounding area is not a typical residence and does not offer spectacular views, but you can stay in a good and comfortable mood.

The airport pick-up service is available for a fee if requested.
