Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay Review

Words can not express! Service was fantastic! The food was delicious! The atmosphere was incredible!!! Highly recommended!

This review is from somebody who has stayed in numerous 5-star resorts in Bali and around the world. TLDR: the service here ranks amongst the very best in the world.

We stayed here for a night in early November 2020. During the stay, we were one of two/three rooms occupying the entire resort. We had initial concerns about vacationing during the pandemic, but the attention to detail displayed by every member of the staff here put our mind at ease.

When we first arrived, the concierge offered to sanitize our suitcases already. Everyone here wear masks (I know every hotel claims their staff do but adherence is key). When handing back my credit card, they also sanitized it first before placing it on a tray so they don't touch it again (these little details matter).

The room is spotlessly clean, high-touch area sanitized. We were given an upgrade to the best room in the resort, right off the beach for an unobstructed view of the - Airport. But hey that's one area that's out of their control. Everything else within their control were perfect. Room was recently renovated so don't be put off by the age of the resort. The landscaping here is amazing. Take the time to walk thw hotel grounds.

The service through the Four Seasons app was super responsive. This is what service in the 21st century should be like. Lightning quick and they were super accommodating to our requests. We had late checkout the next day so that we could spend the day at the resort right up till we left for the airport.

In Sundara, I was also amazed by the safety protocol. Before they serve you the dish by your table, the waitress would sanitize their hands in front of you, put on surgical gloves before touching your dish.

Luxury is in the details and Four Seasons Jimbaran totally gets it. Who cares if you have the best room, best view, best food, etc if your mind is not at ease to enjoy those things.

Thank you so much for the amazing stay. There's a reason why so many do the staff working here have been with the hotel since it opened 20 years ago. It is truly a special place.

Beautiful resort on the water. Rooms are really spacious. Ours had a plunge pool right outside with a great view of the ocean. Breakfast each morning had a great view and plenty to choose from. Dinner was at Sundara, which had a band playing, not too loud, so everyone could enjoy. The only downside is the resort is right next to a main road and you hear mopeds and vehicles at all hours. Also the public beach is right next to the resort. When we were there the resort was almost over crowded. Not sure if it like that all the times but definitely is a busy Four Seasons unlike a lot of the others we have visited. Other than that this place is nice.

The resort have consolidated the food offering to Indonesian restaurant which is also where you have your breakfast. I actually prefer how they use to have buffet for certain items and then order off the menu for the mains. It s now buffet and big selection but it s really average breakfast, Sayan does better and healthier breakfast I feel! Here we pay 50 sgd per adult and I feel like I am eating for eating sake. We walk over to tanamera for a good cup of coffee and very decent breakfast selection at 1/5 the price! There is also the pool terrace and sundara the beach club, which gets busy.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. Everything is absolutely so convenient and the staff are so happy and helpful. Everything is so perfect that it s almost like a dream. The Villa was stunning and we had everything we needed. There s also so much to do and see within the resort. It is huge. I am a bit sad to leave today, because everything here was just so amazing, delicious and relaxing that it felt like another world.

2006 on second honeymoon. A full comp stay as a staff member of Four Seasons family. It was a non-stop comp stay trip Singapore-Bali of 4 sister properties (two in each country).

Hospitality is super,out of charts, and good quality of drinks; the location is not the best (my personal opinion, of course) if compared with others luxury accommodation in Bali.

I should start with how amazing this place is but beyond the natural beauty and the nature preservation this place has, there is something else that makes it so unique and valuable for the entire experience: is The People.
We ve been to so many resorts and holliday places so far that we lost cout.
Let me tell you why Four Seasons Jimbaran was for us best by far: the warm harted people that just treated us like their family members and did everything in their power to make our stay a fairy tale.

From the incredible staff who became like a family, to amazing room, sparkling cleanness, to Michellin stars food and the view....JUST PERFECT.
The little details, flower bed arrangements to an impecable organized romantic dinner, the carreness and attention to each breackfast meal arranged flawlessly on our villa garden or on floating pool breakfast; they even remember how we liked our drinks even if we ordered one single time.
The water in our pool villa was heated which was amazing.
The beach is very clean even though there are a lot of activities going on from local community.
There is an amazing temple on the property where guests can also participate at their beautiful ceremonies (Full Moon for example).
The pool service is so great! There is those cabanas where you literally have your own tent near the beach and pool, with plug where you can charge phone or laptop. I did some good work on my laptop at the beach is so incredible environment.

The restaurant in the evening is a dream!!!! There is this big fire places that makes all so romantic.
And btw, they can cook for you whatever you dream of.
We ve been surprised with an incredible complimentary anniversary cake. So, so Good!!
The sunday brunch is the best in the island!
The property itself is so, so beautiful, with amazing gardens and alleys and some suoer beautiful spots for sunset or just walk.
The bay view from the pool in our room was breath taking.

The level of cleanness is beyond our highest expectations. There is sanitizers in the room, with mask kit and wipes.
The service is impecable in any possible ways at all levels.

We live in Bali for more than 6 years and let me tell you, we found a gem! We actually had stayied in the best 5* hotels on the island but 4 Seasons Jimbaran is THE KING so far. We cannot praise this place enough.

We are looking forward to experience the Four Seasons Sayan. I m sure it will be just as great!

One of the luxurious vila in Bali. Located in Jimbaran Bay, it is also one of the oldest vila operated since the 1990 s. Location is superb, hospitality is un-matched, and scenery is wonderful. The best feature are that this resort offers authentic balinese style accommodation, vintage housing arrangement and lastly it is near the airport.

This place is an absolute must if you need somewhere to spend the day while you wait for your flight. Our flight out of Bali was 11:45pm. Spent a good 6 hours here after checking out of our hotel and honestly wished we spent a few nights here. Gorgeous resort right on the water with a massive infinity pool to hang out in rights at the waters edge. Comfy day beds where you can relax and unwind. Service right to your bed so drinks and food are flowing. The also have great shower facilities so you can freshen up before you leave. Definitely come here.
