Basically the only Apple retailer in the area. Friendly staff but every time I try to buy a product I never find the one with the size of memory I want. They could keep a stock a little wider.

Generally the staff are very nice, I gave 4 stars because I went with my iPhone 12 pro to them because it had a problem.
After 1 week I collected it, as soon as I got home I saw that the problem had not been solved.
I contacted them again and after another week they replaced my phone.
All in all they are good people.

Shop presented as an Apple service center, I go to the 'Apple store, I am told that they do not provide assistance and that to change the battery to my iPhone I have to leave them my phone for 7days.Take it from the support site are there to sell only not for assistance !!!

The store has improved compared to the past, it is stocked with more material and for an Apple user all this is really important. However, I note with a hint of regret that despite the courtesy of the staff, there is still a long way to go in solving the problems compared to official Apple Stores.

I arrive at the shop to upgrade the system because my 72-year-old mom does not have a fixed internet connection. only 3g which is not enough for the ipad to perform the upgrade. The shop offers to upgrade between 20 and 30 euros. I'll be back in the afternoon and the upgrade is done. I return to the shop after 10 minutes because after the upgrade ipad is unable to connect to the internet. The shop solves the problem. Let's go home mom surf as she always did from favorites to make you understand the use my mom makes of it. After a day, the iPad stops working. Let's go back to the shop and they tell us that if the ipad doesn't turn on it won't fix it and it should be thrown away. It's nice to be told that an object that costs 600 euros and that it should be stable and long-lasting must be thrown away for having made use of it that will have been equal to 2% of its potential. Conclusion Ipad according to the store has an expiration date. The Ipad could therefore be compared to a box of peeled tomatoes when it expires. What a beautiful advertisement in terms of recycling ... of reuse ... Congratulations Apple for your high earning policy obtained by manufacturing in China at low prices .. reselling in Europe at exorbitant prices .... for a product that has a deadline. The store has the typical Apple premium reseller structure so there is not much to say on the aesthetic / organizational side for those who know what they are talking about. The chain of which it is a part is very well known and is absolutely one of the largest and most renowned. Friendly and polite staff, generally prepared and very helpful on all fronts, so much so that I have already bought two computers for quite important figures.

Unbelievable how much competence, kindness and availability the staff of ABC Informatica have.
Over the years (I have been a customer since the first opening of the shop in the Latin Quarter square) they have always followed me carefully, solving difficulties and indicating the right products to buy for my work.
