Beautiful hotel with amazing staff... It was an unforgettable stay!

This was a very luxurious hotel located on a beautiful stretch of beach. The staff is top notch. They were friendly and helpful, and always appeared happy to serve us.

Every stuffy and pretentious this overpriced hotel lounge probably appeals most to wanna-be"s who live in Lake Worth but think they are Palm Beachers.

We were first greeted by Camile Williams Front Reception, WOW I can not put in to words how She instantly connected with us and her warmth and kindness made such an excellent our stay at The Four Seasons Resort here in Palm Beach. We will be back again and again, Kudos again Camile!!!

This was my second time at this resort and it was perfect again. We stayed over a long weekend in January and will probably book again next year. The resort is beautiful, our room was palm beach chic with an incredible ocean and resort view from our balcony. The pool area is super relaxing with great service and food. Breakfast every day on the veranda was delicious, and the little perks such as a complimentary ride within 5 miles of the resort makes getting around downtown a breeze. Thanks 4SPB!!

Very old style even though it's been renovated, recommend skipping Palm Beach and going to Miami Beach or Surfside where there is a brand new Four Seasons Hotel there

Very nice resort, right on the Ocean. Amenities are very nice. The room was extremely well maintained, but a little bit dated. My wife very much enjoyed the room service meal that she ordered. I was only here one night, for a conference - wish that I were able to stay longer.

My wife went for a spa treatment and I went to the pool. We had lunch and unfortunately a heavy rain storm ended our day. The hotel is nice. The lunch was good.

Great hotel! Staff members like Sierre at the beach, Jaime at the front desk and the friendly housekeeping staff made my stay amazing! They used my name and were genuinely happy to see my family! MARK and his pool staff make it look easy to accommodate kids at the pool!

The staff here is beyond superb. Especially in the bar and on the beach. The whole experience was beyond.

Although we stayed next door at the Omphoy, their restaurant treated us poorly and their menu was mediocre, so we had lunch at Graze and dinner at Jove during our Palm Beach vacation (Early Summer 2014).

Lunch by the pool looking out to the beach was fantastic, and the service and food was top-notch. Their wait staff take pride in what they do.

Dinner was everything you'd expect. Upon arrival we chatted with the hostess while we waited for our table on the patio and explained the octopus had been suggested by a friend and that we had such a nice lunch we had to return for dinner. Again, the wait staff treated us well, and a member of the kitchen staff came by our table and inquired if we liked the appetizer as they were told it was our first time trying octopus. I appreciated the attention to detail and as a result, this hotel chain has won me over and I will be back.

My wife and i stopped into the bar for drinks and were delighted with the staff and the atmosphere. Fernando and Erin at the bar were super friendly and priced great conversation and things to see and do in town. Truly a wonderful place and the food was delish as well. Try the baked clams.

The beach service is great Derek met our every need. He brought us drinks,0 food, and towels all while we were enjoying the beachfront property.

I stayed at the Four Seasons for one week with my husband and 9 lb dachshund and it was a pleasure.The staff there is top notch.They were all so pleasant and cheerful, and they made us feel right at home. The hotel is situated right on a beautiful stretch of beach. The inside of the hotel is beautiful and looks very updated. The hotel is also an easy 10 minute drive from Worth Ave. The restaurants in the hotel were very good. We had dinner at Jove one night, and we thought it rivaled most of the other top restaurants in Palm Beach. We would return in a heartbeat!

I expect more from a four seasons. Wait staff on beach is lacking. You wait forever to get a drink and then they don't come back for almost 45mins and the kicker is there's practically no one at the hotel! I could understand waiting if there were a lot of people here but there aren't. There are very little allergen friendly options. For example, I ordered a poke bowl and they had no gluten free soy! Really?! It's a four seasons!!! Chef really needs to analyze his options a little closer because natural soy contains no wheat or gluten; the ones that do are just cheap imitations of soy. So why would a place like the four seasons even serve that up? And don't get me started on the corn oil they try passing off as Olive oil at Jove for dinner. The oil was completely clear and tasteless but they put it in cute little jars as a dipping oil for your bread and call it Olive oil. Trust me my friends, it is not! I'm sorry but next time we'll stay at the Ritz.

Great Hotel. It's beautiful & elegant. You'll come for the beach and never leave because of the beach. Beds are super cozy. They definitely get the job done after a long day of sitting on the beach. Breakfast options are few, but they're excellent. Staff is super friendly, they even sent complimentary fruit to the room.

My whole stay was unexpected. Prolonged Jury Duty led me to this fine establishment. So glad I did.

The hotel was good, except for some AC noise. Breakfast was one of the best for a Hampton.

Wrong choice. We were staying at The Breakers and we wanted to tryout this venue. It was an experience. We are not planning in going back again.

Great spas day. I had a wonderful salad. Make sure you double check the wine glasses. Bytheway you owed me my champagne from my spas package. Will collect next time

The service was great. Each and every one of the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay way enjoyable. The beach front just below our room was very nice too. Lots of little touches like the complementary bottles of water at night brought to your room or while at the pool staff members routinely day hello and ask if there is anything they can do for you. This may be expected, but there are so many other resorts that do not achieve this even at the prices you pay to stay there. The concierge staff made some great suggestions for local food too. They have a private beach area and there were stations with fruit flavored water after you left the beach.
Overall, it was a very nice experience, expensive, but had no regrets for the money spent.

Stayed there for 3 nights for a getaway 9/22 - 9/25/13. AWESOME! Outstanding service, great room, with fantastic bed, and exceptionally clean hotel. I don't think I have been to a hotel with better service ever - from the front desk staff, doorman, pool crew, and housekeeping. Everywhere you go, they offer you water, sunscreen, drink samples, etc... A+! If your looking for a relaxing vacation that is easy to get to - this is a great hotel. BTW - they have a really cool - coffee machine that pumps out any type of coffee you want. Free!

We could not be more satisfied with our experience at the Four Seasons Hotel. From the from checking in and check out the staff and service was impeccable. Friendly professional knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurants were lovely best was breakfast and lunch by the pool. Expensive but this is to be expected and not much more than less establishments. We went with friends and could not have been happier with the entire experience. The Kimpton Hotel restaurant next door has fabulous Sushi after 5 p.m. and there is a good Italian restaurant at the golf course very close by. We will return to the Four Seasons Hotel this summer. Big Bravo Zulu to the executive chef and the cooking staff for all their culinary expertise and hospitality.
