Four Seasons Palm Beach Review

The hotel is a bit dated, but the service is impeccable. They are renovating starting late May of this year, so hopefully next year when I return it will be absolutely wonderful. Still giving 5 stars because of the amazing service.

Perfect place to stay.... nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, close to the beach.

Great place ..second time for us and plan to return...staff is great..drinks a little high but within reason for s resort..good very good and large portions...live music daily which was great

What an incredible hotel. The staff was very welcoming and genuine. Location was great for private Beach access but other than that nothing with walking distance. Easy drive to West Palm Beach city center. Rooms were smaller expected and upgrades only in you booking rate. For example we booked king garden view and upgraded to king limited view. So getting anything larger is not possible . The SPA is incredible and a must. The pool was not shaded and hot a trip to ocean was required to cool off in July heat. Breakfast food was the highlight and dinner ok.

My family and I loved it here! We can t wait to come back during the winter (NY s winter, lol.) The staff is friendly, and I like how you can just walk on to the beach right from the resort. Definitely worth the price!

Great food + service but very costly.......not sure if it's worth it but very nice.

We celebrated our 5th anniversary. Everything was perfect. The Super Tuscan wine was amazing, as was all the food! Highly recommend and can't wait to return.

This is a first class hotel and price accordingly right on the beach with excellent beach service. It has a number of restaurants that I highly recommend for guests to enjoy and some excellent wines. The spa is excellent and the staff is most accommodating and professional. A lovely break from exciting yet noisy South Beach in Miami.

I can not put in to words how excellent our stay was at The Four Seasons Resort here in Palm Beach. First off, the staff are some of the most genuine, kind, and likable people I have ever come across in my entire life. Every single one of them who I had the pleasure to communicate with were not only professional but as real as they come. Nothing but impressed by ALL of them.
Jason, one of the bartenders outside was awesome at explaining the surrounding area after telling him I was planning on moving to West Palm Beach. The other male bartender who worked the outdoor bar (his name escapes me) was also an outstanding staff member who truly cared about his customers and you can tell he is an excellent father to his children. The girls at the front desk were also very nice and went out of their way not once, but twice to enhance our stay.
At Florie's the hotels FINE dining restaurant the staff was all around phenomenal. Stanley, our waiter for dinner was a fantastic and professional server, (who has excellent knowledge of quality food and drink) treated us like family. Florie's has truly unique and stunning dinner options with an abundance of different dishes that could please anyone with a pallet for fine foods. Another server there (she was from Romania) is another staff member we connected with and made us feel right at home. The dessert at Florie's was to die for and we ended up trying three of them and all were top notch. The breakfast at Florie's was also well above average when its comes to quality and selection.
In addition, the pool and beach area were also great and we enjoyed chilling there when we had the time. For the size of the resort they utilize it perfectly and it feels more personable then some other larger resorts i have stayed at in the past. We loved our rooms; comfortable beds, quality televisions, fantastic modern bathrooms and a balcony with an awesome view (even in the least expensive room at the resort). I have stayed at 5 star hotels/resorts in the New York area, California, the Caribbean and Hawaii and the service and kindness of the staff HERE beats them all. Everyone, from the valet guys, to the housekeepers, to the chef who made my breakfast were beyond impressive. This hotel has officially raised the bar when it comes to quality of employees. NEVER have I seen such a gracious, respectful and just plain happy staff anywhere. I could continue complimenting the Four Seasons at Palm Beach for another three paragraphs it was that amazing. God bless all of the staff at the hotel, and whoever is responsible for hiring at the resort deserves a raise. Simply Exceptional, wish I could give it six stars. Will be returning again multiple times in the future. Truly a wonderful experience even for the price. If you are a people person you'll want to be here. Simply outstanding- Thank you so much to everyone working at the hotel for making our stay so special. There's even more i can say but this is all ready by far the longest review i have ever written. If your visiting Palm Beach or an outlying area just stay here you will not regret it.

Extremely professional, friendly, and attentive staff. Every employee in this hotel makes you feel special. Great in room dining. This is the royal treatment!

It's an awesome facility but extremely overpriced for the area and comparable options nearby.

Shame the renovation did not improve the hotel. Restaurant looks like a breakfast room. So NOT sexy. Food ok but nothing special.

Hotel was warm and inviting; staff friendly and efficient; room was extremely comfortable and clean with luxurious bath products. Pool and beach area very comfortable with wonderful service. Strongly recommend the romantic Cabana Dinner.

Beds were amazing, service was out of this world, margaritas were expensive... Overall great experience!

Not the same level of quality as before the renovation. Staff not as attentive. Had many housekeeping issues.

fabulous hotel.classy, sedate, excellent service like all Four Seasons. Intimate pool area, beach, several poolside and beachside restaurants. Indoor bar is gorgeous.

We had a beautiful brunch overlooking the ocean. Very nice food and cocktails. The service was, as you would expect, very good.

Always top notch service, had some issues with the spa, that were quickly rectified by the spa manager Never a bad word to say about my little hideaway for the perfect staycation!

Everything was perfect for our local weekend getaway! The weather was sunny, and the ocean was calm. Accommodations were excellent. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and went that extra step.

Small rooms but excellent service and wonderful beach for tanning or catching up on reading.

First we had problems checking in, since the room assigned to us had 2 French beds (for 4 people too tight). Upgrade to $ 300 per night (plus tax) on suite and then everything was fine. The hotel is a bit outdated, but from the inside top. Breakfast for $ 39 we did not find so sparkling, but there are plenty of good breakfasts in PB West.

I attended the Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival Grillin and Chillin event here and the facility, food, drink and service were amazing. The pool area and the view of the ocean are beautiful.

It stills the same layout after all this years I haven't seen the rooms , and the service at the spa and hotel still exceptional .

One of my favorite hotels. Amazing and nice staff. Incredible bartenders, esp Michael. Breakfast rocks and is reasonable. Dinner not so much. Expensive and not that great. New adult pool and beach is beautiful. Renovation most completely done for all rooms and hallways.

Palm Beach, FL, is a beautiful place to visit. The Four Seasons is my preferred hotel to stay across the country. This hotel was closed for renovations, and it was worth the wait.

There are so many beautiful hotels in Palm Beach. I recommend the Four Seasons over the others.

This is the second time I have visited this hotel. The Four Seasons Palm Beach staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. Everyone we interacted with there made us feel welcome. The ceviche is phenomenal. Jimmy is the best server ever. I cannot wait to go back.

One word, fantastic. Extremely helpful staff. Fantastic beach service with umbrellas, sun beds and towels at will, every 5 minutes with fresh water and various tastings from the kitchen. Excellent buffet breakfast in the morning by the sea with a breathtaking view! Fantastic and fragrant rooms, fresh water and fruit in the room every evening. What can I say every year as soon as I can, the four seasons is a guarantee !!

Great services! Both quiet and relaxing place! ..also have a place to mingle..... .beautiful pool...there is a ballroom for children and game room. While parents enjoy dinner or a drink children can enjoy their stay too..

Great hotel but renovation is ongoing : too much noise... Looking forward to next year to see the changes

The hotel is located directly on the beach. Our room had an exquisite ocean view. It is a relatively small property so don t expect a lot of frenetic activity (like at the Breakers). The staff is friendly and very professional. Highly recommended.
