I am a Kuwaiti resident of Suwa 1117 Forsyne Plaza in Cairo I found the wubai was treated Jaysh and asked the manager and was defending them and their grandfathers Jays and the knowledge of the sugar and the amount of Halshi and treated very very bad No staff and no manager named Emad

The hotel was great, I had a 3 night sleep here.

Location was not far from Tahrir Square.

The rooms were clean, water and accessories were provided on a daily basis which is great to see for the price I was being. breakfast was very expensive but had lots of variants.

Loved the honey and bread choices, fresh fruits, and most of all the "fooool" :)

I would recommend .

One thing that was irritating is how much you get searched when you want to go in, the security guards at first check in found a camera on the scan and they asked "there is a camera!", I was like "yeah!", he said "what for? do you shoot at event here in the hotel"

I mean really? " no, I am a tourist, I want to take pictures" .. such questions are completely unnecessary.

Thabk you to the staff as they were nice enough.

Great view from every floor. Two restaurants one stake house and a buffet. Near downtown, museum and Tahrir square, shopping, Niles river at night!! By the way I felt much safer there than I did in San Francisco!

A great hotel, that occasionally misses some of the standards you'd expect from a Four Seasons hotel. Staff were faultless, every single one going above and beyond to help and make the stay special. We received particularly memorable service during our stay from the guest experience team, the waitstaff in 8 restaurant, and the doormen. The rooms are comfortable and modern. Unfortunately we had a couple of issues with our room over the stay. One of the lavatories was broken when we arrived and the safe didn't work, the walls were also a little grubby in places. We also had some housekeeping issues - one day the room wasn't serviced at all (we were out from 7am - 4pm, came back to find it in the same state as we left), there were no fresh towels left one day, we had to ask every day to have the sofa bed made up for our children, etc. Each time it took a simple phone call to fix, and the staff were quick, courteous and apologetic, but these felt like such basic mistakes they just kept tripping over. So overall, we had a very nice stay, with some truly memorable moments, but I'd be tempted to look at the other Four Seasons hotel or the new Ritz Carlton next time.

8/10

Four Seasons Hostel Cairo Nile Plaza is on of the best five stars hotels in the area of downtown Cairo. The hotel has a prime location overlooking the River Nile in Garden City neighborhood very ne'er from Tahrir Square. Both the lobby areas and restaurants are very elegant.

The best and most luxurious hotel in Cairo, a large lobby, connected to a commercial complex, beautiful views on the Nile or swimming pool, excellent services and services and the staff are excellent (price is very expensive but just for me likes to relax his brain)
