This is truly a stand-out hotel. Some of the best customer service I've seen anywhere in the world. A true oasis in a city that requires it.

Amazing Hotel ... you can completely forget that you are in the traffic of the Cairo capital. The Nile is in front of the hotel and there are many restaurant and attraction centers. Very clean and good Italian, Japanese and buffet restaurant. Gym and swimming pool and spa.

Had lunch at the Zitouni Restaurant with a friend. We tried the buffet.

Most of the various food was well presented and tasted good.

Some of the filled pasties were too dry! And the stuffed wine leaves - which should be done perfectly - were not really delicious. Unfortunately the cook did not use suitable spices!

A hotel of this category should care more about the quality and taste of the food they are offering.
