Disappointing to say the least... Service is slow and inaccurate ... The pool is badly designed and probably gets sun twice a year at midday... There are many better value propositions in Cairo

My coming to Egypt to attend a 4 weeks training on itepa project at police Academy was wonderful experience. The way and manner of accommodation in tolip sports tower and spa in encouraging. I wish I can come for two weeks visit with my family to share the same experience. God bless Egypt and God blessed tolip sports and tower.

We are lovers of the four seasons, however we always come across four seasons that are really not up to their standards. I find it interesting how such an upscale chain, can have poor taste in decorating specially in locations like Cairo. We were expecting great decor & outstanding rooms. In reality our upgrades to the 4 season suit is nothing special. Big room indeed, comfortable beds, big balcony with a view. But rooms need a good interior designer. As far for the breakfast buffet, also a bit disappointed. Nothing special, poorly decorated. Staff eventhough friendly were all over the place & was hard to get their attention to even try to get a spoon.

I can t believe that this hotel belongs to the famous four seasons hotels!! It was the worst stay in my life!! Very rude recipient, old smelly furniture and i found a spider on my bed!!! Disappointed!!
