Four Seasons Hotel, Cyprus Review

Very bad experience!
I would recommend for the older generation to stay away.
I booked for my grandfather to stay in the penthouse which cost 1,800. (Not cheap) I booked for him a massage at the hotel spa, inside the room the atmosphere is dark and you cannot see very clear. When my grandfather was getting off the room there was a small black step, there was no warning tape or any precaution measures to notify that there is a step.
My 85 years old grandfather fell and has broken his ribs due to the step that was not visible. My grandfather spent the whole duration of time booked for the hotel in hospital suffering from pain.
The disappointing part is that not only did four season decided to charge me for the massage and for the room 1,800 that my grandfather did not sleep in as he was in hospital, but they haven t even shown any commen courtesy to see if my grandfather is ok. This has been 3 months now and I am truly disappointed and disgusted with the service that was provide by the four season!

Great big beach with comfortable shezlongs but not friendly staff.

Very beautiful hotel. The staff are amazing. They have some of the nicest rooms I have ever been in. I had a room with a balcony and a jacuzzi. The hotel has good restaurants. The decoration is amazing. If you want a good experience, then this will be a good place for you.

There is an excellent Chinese restaurant. A good quality service and good food

Of all 5 Star establishments that I have visited around the world this hotel has to be one of the most exclusive. When you order a cab and a Mercedes S class stretch limo arrives, you know that the focus is on attention to detail and making you feel extremely special. Having invested what must be tens of millions of euros in extensive high end restoration and remodeling, the hotel has reinvented it's character achieving a chic and contemporary environment with an extremely high level of finishes.
Food is exquisite with the kitchen boasting an army of 75 highly trained chefs who manage to convey their passion for food through every beautiful dish that is presented.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel, restaurants/food were amazing and staff were all fantastic, especially Antonis! Would definitely recommend, we will be back!

SIX STARS HOTEL

The whole hotel, from the staff to food etc is just wonderful. They make you so welcome.

Excellent hotel. For 10 years we have been coming to have a rest in the summer. Good kids club for kids. Great restaurants and beach. Also at the height of the taxi service at the hotel Limo S Class. Always on time come. Clean cars. Polite drivers. In general, I advise everyone to 4 Seasons.

The very best hotel stay for a long time. Best off season.

Tropical Restaurant dinner service (New Years Day) was fantastic. Service was top notch. The hotel has never let me down all the times I have visited.

The Chinese restaurant in the hotel charged my card specially use other currency (not Euro), Instead of 426 euros I payed more than 463 euros. So never give them card when you pay, control the card and terminal in your hand .

Well located with extensive area, good food and service however a little aging property.

The service is very personal. My room was cleaned while I was away and the staff that attended to my room dropped a card note saying that the room was cleaned by her and I can ring up if I need anything else. The note card was signed with her name. That was my definition of good service. Service is top class.

Even more beautiful after the renovation. Unfortunately, our drink wasn't as good as it was all those years ago. We were given a place in the smoking area. It was horrible to be smoked like that. There were only two small pieces of cheese with the wine. Service wasn't particularly good. We are very disappointed. Will not be back anytime soon. Far from 5 stars. Service was much better 10 months ago. Live music was very good.

Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff should be more stars

did not expect such a bad service, still shocked because of how little respect was shown to me and my partner. The venue was not up to the standard you would expect of the four seasons and everything from the moment of entering and being harassed by the security guard was bad enough. Trust me when I say, it was no better from then on.

5 * everything is thoughtfully and adequately implemented. The food is great, the service is super.

The hotel and the restaurant are of a very high level. The food is impeccable. The service is at the height. The hotel grounds and the interior are chic. Recently, new fountains and pools have been added.

We have stayed at the Four Seasons many times over the years and the service has always been exceptional! They have recently renovated the grounds which also is a big plus. The hotel is not part of the FS hotel chain but the quality is of the same level. Seasons oriental restaurant located in the resort is by far the best asian restaurant on the Island and definitely recommend it!

While the hotel is fine but not the best in Limassol, you will go there for the restaurants - the best in town and Cyprus.

Nice hotel facility. Especially the carp ponds with huge carp in all possible colors are interesting. And not to forget beautiful cats that are not intrusive, but are very happy about attention and treats. The rooms are newly renovated. The now generous sized bathroom area has become very nice, but the bedroom has become a bit smaller. Everything extremely well maintained. Nice farewell present. Free parking. Tip: better in the basement for cool.

A place where I retounerai Hotel upscale certainly yes, the quality of this hotel, its cleanliness, superb rooms, a staff at the Top, to tell you ... I introduce myself to the home, "small concern for the electrical system, I have not planned an adapter for my trip! ", no problem they have everything at hand, I am invited to continue my day or to go to my room, When I arrive at my room I see the adapter arrived before me, I had a small health concern, I asked or find a pharmacy, "invitation to rest" .. I go around the pool, shortly after I received my medication and a big bunch of white grapes! It is expensive but for the quality of the meals, the fresh fish and shellfish, the attentive staff, the rooms redone twice a day, the bar of room at the top .... of Real Holidays where it is allowed of all forgotten. ... and no longer have the wish to leave !!!
Possible to take a room with swimming pool "Private" ...
A tip ... provide clothes that will represent the Hotel, you will be bad at night if you arrive too casual, just fine match your toilet for a style "good taste" is necessary, there is a very "SOFT" world in this Hotel, a little advice if you do not know the Hotel chain ... enjoy all, there is everything ..... you have to put the price .... yes!

It says it all. I once had the opportunity to a honor to work for the late Christos Tseryiotis - May God Rest His Soul. Recently went to a lovely art exhibition there with good friends. Will always be back!

Everything about this hotel is spot on. Right from the moment you walk through the door - the welcome is fantastic and so are the staff. Smiles and enthusiasm all round. Lots of nice little touches throughout your stay to make you feel even more welcome. Lovely pool with a great view out to see. The breakfast in this place is incredible - spoilt for choice! Will definitely be staying here again.

Four Seasons Quality. Suitable for families with children. Pacato and with all the benefits of beach hotel.

Best vacation property in Limassol, and, perhaps, Cyprus, the Four Seasons hotel is under a mild and structural renovation at the moment. This means that all the restaurants except the amazing Vivaldi are closed, as well as the spa. You can still have spa services in the hotel, and the indoor pool (as well as the outdoor one) is open to the public. Hotel grounds are in excellent condition, and the staff is as friendly as ever. Always great to come back, which we surely will.

clean and neat hotel
almost private beach, good towels and sun loungers
nice playground inside
indoor heated pool that is working till 9 p.m.
private parking
neigbor car rental firm that collaborates with the hotel - nice and easy
nice, comprehensive and sophisticated food, several different restaurants inside the hotel

for improvement (cannot say it is bad!):
no playground outside (and throught the whole of Limassol as well!)
playing facilities in the children pool were partially mulfuntioning
water in outside swimming pools (both children's and adults') was cold
amount of TV channels, especially children (though it is possible to buy an extra list, as far as I understood)
Limassol itself didn't attact us much, though aqua park is good for both adults and children

I went for a coffee at Vista Bar in Four Seasons and it left such an impression on me that I had to write a positive review! The new decoration firstly is amazing and the service was impeccable. The coffee was delightful and I had such a great time chatting with my friends in the ambience of this newly decorated bar. The cherry on top, was the beautiful live music by the gorgeous Georgia Christou. My friends and I are already planning our next visit! Thank you so much for the amazing experience and the wonderful hospitality.
