I went there for a drink, but I am definitely planning to spend a night in that gorgeous hotel. It is located in a very nice area with a great view and it is very beautifully decorated. The staff was very polite and friendly and willing to serve us. I will go back there some day for sure.
The location is the best! The hotel is in Capo Greco, a natural reserve, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in Cyprus (Konnos beach). Fantastic breakfast. Great service around the pool and other bars. Beautiful views from our room but, for a 5* hotel, the room (especially the bathroom) was too small and overpriced (230 euro/night). Housekeeping and room service were not reactive.
Except from the great view and location, unfortunately the hotel has nothing more to provide. Very poor staff and head counts accompanied with the worst service ever. We have been waiting for 3 bottles of water to arrive for more than 1 hour. If we were in the desert we would have been already dead!!!! For a five star hotel providing all these amenities, the service should have
been their first priority. It was a really disappointing stay.

We dined at Umi on the roof, good service and fine makis & sashimi with a good Cypriot wine & a beautifully presented chocolate dessert to end a fine dinner.
Unwelcoming reception! The best service are the doors guy that helps you with luggage and the breakfast. For the rest is overvalued. I m giving one star only for this bad lady at the reception, Thania, she is really annoyed when you speak to her.
Good service, breakfast and installations. I will only extremely criticize the insane use of plastic: delivery of towels in plastics bags, cups for drinking tea and coffee in the rooms, the pool bar inside the hotel with all possible plastic for utensils and the kiosk close to the beach with an indiscriminate use and waste of plastic. THIS HAS TO CHANGE!!
Businesswise we travel a lot in hotels with 4 or 5 star standards. The Grecian Park hotel has been exceptional because of the warm-hearted personal. Traveling with a kid we have everywhere been welcomed with a wonderful and authentic hospitality.
