Great service and reasonable pricing. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is literally right next to and across from a whole slew of restaurants. Couple blocks away from major malls (Aberdeen Centre, Parker Place, etc.) The actual hotel is starting to show it's age, but still a very clean and well maintained establishment. Will come again!

Fire alarm goes off at 4am, water pipe breaks, 5am we get back to our rooms. I understand things happen, no offer of any compensation. But it gets better. No water, I get it. But no hot water at 5pm, health violation at this point. 24 hrs later still no hot water, no compensation, no communication from management. COVID-19, can't really properly wash hands with no hot water, front desk staff busy watching you tube on phones and listening to airpod, will be moving to Wyndham for the rest of my 2 weeks, and they have lost my return visit later this month as well. This is how you lose a guest for life, and im sure you will lose alot more. Will be contacting health services, hope to see things change but clearly leadership is lacking.

This is our five stayed at the location and totally loved it. Place are always clean and staffs are courteous and helpful. Best part is the location, right in the heart of Richmond shopping area.
Will definitely come back again.

The toilet in our room did not flow well and the shower water was not good. It seems that my friend's room was not so, so it may depend on the room.
There are lots of Chinese people around and there are many Chinese ones. I saw only a few Canadians and I didn't feel like I was in Vancouver. The room was dark and the front was cold.
The customers I met were also Chinese, and even if I greeted them, they were ignored

First of all let me say the $10 daily parking fee is not listed on the website. Also, "there are NO MICROWAVES available to cutomers" the front desk staff tells me. You expect that from a 2 star establishment, not a 4. Also, a picture you'll find under the "photos" that I posted was a fu**** nasty toenail on the carpet; the third one I picked up with a wad of toilet paper while swallowing throw up in my mouth. Seriously, clean your fu*** floors. I do have to say that the bed was comfortable but when you call for more pillows you're limited to 2.

This hotel is great! It is within close proximity to Vancouver International Airport and many restaurants and retail in Richmond. The staff is very courteous and go out of their way to assist guests, and it is greatly appreciated! Even though it might be a bit noisy since its near the airport, the comfortable rooms and great service definitely outweigh any negatives. Overall, a great hotel and worth a stay.

Very good location for people who need to stay close to YVR, only 15 minutes away by free hotel shuttle.
Rooms are spacious enough, clean, and staff are helpful.
Very good breakfast. Definitely recommend the hotel.

My mom and stepfather stayed here upon returning from a drive up from Mexico, and were pleased with the size and price of the room. My mom was happy to find some decaf in the coffee supplied in the room.
We ate in the hotel restaurant, as there was a limited variety of outside choices in the area. The food was great, but pricey. Not being used to hotel food prices, this was probably average.

Not completely impressed with this hotel. Pricier. Had to pay $10 for parking so be aware of that. Staff was nice, but I dont reccomend eating at the resteraunt for dinner. Also, the room i was in was recomended to be not as loud with traffic and so on from the street. The windows are not sound proofed, and i could hear the planes flying in and out it was quite loud. Also the heater/fan in the room was so loud and oldschool! I called the front to request earplugs but there were none and they were unable to switch my room. Wouldn't stay here again.

Not a lot of staff when we checked in, so it took forever. No bar or restaurant until 5pm or so, food was so so at best. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Overall it was overpriced for the limited amount of services. I went here after 3 weeks hiking in Nepal, I wanted to be able to eat western food without having to leave the hotel and that really wasn t an option, and when it was at dinner the food was really mediocre.

Airport shuttle schedule here is nice. There are a few fast food joints in walking distance too. Staff were great. Some items in my king room bathroom weren't laid out very well and there was some unfinished maintenance work (sprinkler in ceiling, for example). Biggest concern might have been the lack of available power outlets in the main room. The ones that were there were chalked full of items already. For the price though it wasn't a bad stay.

180 for a room I can get down the street for 120. Charge you to park in their empty parking lot. Horrible front desk employees. At least its quiet cuz im pretty sure no one else is staying here. Do your self a favour and check out Sandman hotel, Head over heels over this place.

Just average and not in a nice area. The salt to the wound is the $10 per night to park in the parking lot. Everyone drives to this hotel, it s just pure greed. It s a parking lot with ample spaces and a big Sheraton Enter and Exit sign. I asked why they charge parking and they just say it s policy. Won t be coming back, there are much nicer places.

avoid this hotel: there are many other airport hotels in Richmond. This one is expensive, strange and complicated shuttle schedule, no room service and restaurant only until 10pm. One of the worse price quality ratios ever.

If you are coming for vacation and not staying in Vancouver but in Richmond I can say that this place is located in a pretty busy district of food and shopping that you can just walk once you leave the doors of this hotel. As you know the area is very Chinese to the point most of the staff here is also Chinese. There is a mall that is across the street (not the good one) and the place is situated where it is a restaurant street with many options and different delicacies. The rooms in the hotel ate spacious and updated so you will feel comfortable with big beds and washrooms. You have to pay for parking, and it is close to the Skytrain.

Chose because of proximity to the airport. Not in the best of locations but we weren't leaving the hotel. Our room was beginning to show signs of wear, still acceptable, what wasn't was it's location at the end of the hallway directly by the loudest ice machine that cycled on all night! Double check your room location!

A nice clean hotel. They don't fill their draft beers to the top, so you may be a little disappointed if you have a drink in the hotel bar. Dining in the area is choice if Chinese, Chinese or Chinese.

Surprisingly quiet in the room despite the many planes flying over. The service could improve in a few places. Also if you are to use the airport shuttle service, be sure to triple check that they actually booked it for you and for the correct time.

In the middle of the rules, some usage habits are different from those in Taiwan. For example, there is no need to insert a room card, but the lights need to be opened by themselves. The temperature of the air conditioner is Fahrenheit, the coffee in the room is good....There are a lot of food nearby, but the toilet is at 5:30 in the morning. Can't flush

Decent accommodation, great location by virtue of proximity to airport, sky train, malls and restaurants etc. Cleanliness is on point within the rooms. Staff is friendly and attentive. The only drawback is that you miss the typical ambience of a Sheraton /Marriott hotel... Cost cutting measures are very noticeable all across... both in room and outside... Breakfast is expensive and tiresomely repetitive, Dinner options are limited and not that great... Has a full bar though... Net net... Great option if you're in transit or staying for a night or two... Not that great if you are on extended stay!
