Stayed for 3 weeks. Enjoyed there food. Very tasty food. This was my 1st time to have Arabian food.

Good location and big room, good for family traveller.

I believe this is one of the best 4 stars hotels in Lebanon. It's strategically located and accessible from anywhere. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere. Any time I am in Lebanon, this is my first choice.

Amazing staff, Excellent hotel, great service. I Booked 2 rooms for three nights and couldn t have been happier with my experience. We traveled with a 4 months old baby and were afraid she wouldn t be comfortable sleeping away from her crib, at check in we asked if they had a Play pen and before we got to the room the had one ready setup for us. from check in to check out the experience was amazing. Thank you Fatima, Paul and Mohamed for the outstanding experience.

Very good hotel, the rooms are comfortable and spacious.
The location is pretty good too and the staff are very friendly.
The prices are a little high but in the end you have to know how to have fun and the quality of service is just perfect in every way so it's well deserved!

I liked this hotel. It's not very big but a good hotel in a good location. I really liked the room and other ambience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't miss the rooftop pool and beautiful view.

For the price and the location this is a great Hotel in Beirut Lebanon. Very friendly staff clean hallway and room where the Rooftop gym and swimming pool highly recommend.

We attended an engagement party there which was very nice and well organized but the food was not up to the standard and the waiters were a bit clumsy

Can say enough about the front desk staff. They are friendly, helpful
and always ready to assist. I can understand now why some reviews stated it felt like family.
The upgraded room was spacious and clean. I liked the location ....5 mins walk to ABC mall which has some very good places to eat. Hotel is in a nice safe area and quick Uber rides to main attractions. Gym is what you expect from a 4 Points....not much. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located but the furniture and interior style of the hotel is old and not modern. They do not have massage, sauna or Jacuzzi.

Hotel is clean, But the place is poorly run. For an SPG property I was both surprised and disappointed. Some staff look miserable and there are many gaps that need a constant follow up.

Too bad this is the only SPG property in Beirut.

Compared to most of Europe, this was my worst SPG stay
