Good clean facility...great weights, tennis, and basketball court

Facility is minimizing impact to work out while maintaining client's safety.

This place has just about everything you could imagine that you could think of for a healthclub, including tennis courts. The only thing that it doesn't have is a swimming pool.

Good place to work out-rehab with a trainer or play some tennis-even when crowded there is equipment to use-modern but practical

It is a great gym it is very clean and the employees are extremely nice there are a lot of things there for the members

LOTS of space and updated machines. Trainers are ready with questions and advice.

Very clean with ppe and covid 19 safety rules in place to help keep everyone safe

I really like going to this club I am feeling better. I will not stop coming. With the encasement of the coaches I feel like I will do it this time. I already lost 2# in the last two weeks.

I appreciate the early hours during the week, the spacing of the machines, and the care they take to ensure a clean gym. Our family of three all go there, and like the friendly and courteous treatment they provide. Try it out!

Had a bad experience here renting tennis court for an hour. We called ahead and talked to Claire and were quoted $22 for the hour. Just before we hung up I brought up that we weren t members and she said there would be an extra $10 fee for a total of $32. When we got there we were told it would be $52 for the three of us - a $10 fee for each of us plus the $22. We just ended up having two of us play and we paid the $42. She said she thought one of us was a member. We called and left a message with the assistant operations manager about this and never heard back from him. What really gets me is that she was never even going to ask us if we are members. She was going to let us hang up thinking it was $22! If you are looking for court time in the area I recommend going to the place in Lake Geneva - it is less expensive, newer, courts and balls are in better shape and the people are nicer. In my experience the employees at FLAC are deceptive and unresponsive.

My wife and I have been going to FLAC for over a year now, and its easily one of the best gyms in the area. We were originally at Anytime in Delavan but the unprofessional staff and just general drama there drove us to seek memberships elsewhere after our son was born. The staff at FLAC is extremely professional, the trainers are amazing and the girls that watch the kids in Kids Club are top notch! They've been watching my son since 3 months old and have been nothing but amazing with both him and my daughter! Highly recommend this gym to anyone seeking a great workout facility and community!

I was extremely excited to have a gym this close, with child care. I am extremely cautious of who I leave my daughter with. I waited two weeks to be able to take her with my husband and go early, but when I called for the names of the employees that would be in the Kids Club, because they're not listed on the website with the other employee information. I was met with a lot of resistance, and was not given this information. I became very upset with this. It was stated that the manager's kids have gone there and are fine, I don't 'know him or his children so this is not credible to me. He also stated that he's never been asked this. So this is supposed to be comforting to a parent? More important than having never been asked, is why are you not giving this information out? The club has all of our information, and our daughters name and birthday, along with address, and phone numbers, but we are not allowed to have the people that run the kids club names?? I am not accusing them of a single thing, I wanted to feel comfortable with who I was leaving my daughter with, as I had planned to be there a lot to hit some fitness goals. When I make two phone calls and am met with confusion and resistance on why I want this information it is worrisome. Trainers information is listed on the website, first and last name, so I am able to know who I would be in training or classes with, but not who my daughter will be with. This does not make sense. I was able to drop our membership within a few seconds, no problems or questions, Andy was very accommodating when it came to dropping that, but not in making us feel comfortable with who our daughter would be with. Very unreasonable in today's world.

Four Lakes has a super program called Silver Sneakers, a program designed for older adults. The staff provided includes Bonnie, Diane, and Kaylee, all expert leadership. Check them out!

Great gym with a friendly staff. Lots of options for gym equipment. Good hours for working out. If you have kids they have the option for you to work out while a staff member babysits.

Its a great gym. Except for the obnoxious music. Incredibly loud all the time. No escape. 90s metal bands. If you ask a trainer to change the station they have to get on a ladder. Dance clubs don t have music this loud. You look around and everyone is wearing headphones. Obviously they don t like your music choice if they all have headphones. But even with headphones you can t tune it out and enjoy your workout. Great way to destroy an otherwise perfect gym. This gym I have been coming to since I was a young teenager and this has always been the problem with it. I will wait and see if they ever turn it down and if they do I will change this review and speak only positively. They all do it though. Project Veteran in LG loud ridiculous music. Rocky s in Delavan. YMCA in LG doesn t but they aren t worthy to be called a gym because they have no equipment.

Just went back for my first workout since COVID. This place was impressively clean. There were very clear instructions and processes to keep everything sanitary. I was glad to be back and glad to see FLAC's commitment to cleanliness.

I use to love this place, take my nephews for a workout and some basketball! Enjoy our family time, to now be told I can t bring them...to be told I m not a legal guardian. I will no longer go to this facility, not family or Heath oriented. Find a place that cares for all and your health, not a place like this!

Great health club, tennis programs, lots of exercise classes to choose from, and very COVID concerned (taking all the needed steps not to spread the disease).
