I was extremely excited to have a gym this close, with child care. I am extremely cautious of who I leave my daughter with. I waited two weeks to be able to take her with my husband and go early, but when I called for the names of the employees that would be in the Kids Club, because they're not listed on the website with the other employee information. I was met with a lot of resistance, and was not given this information. I became very upset with this. It was stated that the manager's kids have gone there and are fine, I don't 'know him or his children so this is not credible to me. He also stated that he's never been asked this. So this is supposed to be comforting to a parent? More important than having never been asked, is why are you not giving this information out? The club has all of our information, and our daughters name and birthday, along with address, and phone numbers, but we are not allowed to have the people that run the kids club names?? I am not accusing them of a single thing, I wanted to feel comfortable with who I was leaving my daughter with, as I had planned to be there a lot to hit some fitness goals. When I make two phone calls and am met with confusion and resistance on why I want this information it is worrisome. Trainers information is listed on the website, first and last name, so I am able to know who I would be in training or classes with, but not who my daughter will be with. This does not make sense. I was able to drop our membership within a few seconds, no problems or questions, Andy was very accommodating when it came to dropping that, but not in making us feel comfortable with who our daughter would be with. Very unreasonable in today's world.
