Emailed regarding a retail space available. 6 days, no response.

We viewed unit with my son and he agreed to proceed ahead with signing a lease. Price quoted for a one bedroom was $1165/month, but when the lease came through it was $1190. Both the assistant manager and the leasing agent said they would honor the $1165 to us, but clearly that was false. Make sure to get things in writing as their word clearly meant nothing. Word of mouth is everything. There are a lot of nice new apartments being opened and I truly hope Founders 3 steps up and honors their word. If not, find another location. As of now, 1 star. Stay tuned!!!

Scheduled a tour of 2 apartments with Barbara, and nobody showed up. Nobody answered multiple phonecalls afterwards. Never got a call back.

Not a very good place to live tenants make to much noise and the landlord will not do anything to help the other tenants who live there.

In the past two weeks, I ve made no less than 5 calls to 5 different brokers from this company. I ve sent multiple emails. Zero response.

Based on my experience with founders 3 I am very unhappy with the company as a whole. From high rent prices to poor management the list of issues goes on and on. Communication with this company is poor since property managers at our building do not pick up the phone when called, and when contacted are rude and take your issues lightly. Would not recommend founders 3 to anyone, especially for the price you pay to live in their buildings.

They never answer the phone also i leaved few voice mail and still no respond from them !!! ... i dont know what to do really ???!!!!! I want talk to lissa the women working on accounting department she never pick up the phone ... hey lissa if u see my review here pick up your phoneeeeeeeeeeeeeee

The receptionist is very helpful and polite!
I called him many times due to an issue, and he was patient and helpful every time during every single call.
