Supervisor doesn't speak English the only words he knows are profane curse words. The president is unable to be present on a consistent basis and order doesn't exist there. For the business to successfully operate, the employees all should be properly trained by someone who can speak English and is not bitter or insecure about training staff in fear of his or her job security being jeopardized. I have never experienced such racial discrimination in a workplace in my life. It is so backwards for a company in America to discriminate against the people born here and expect to communicate with the native tongue of this country. I am very disappointed.
