I have been getting my Dexcom supplies from Foundation Care starting in January of 2015. I have always had excellent service. Supplies always arrived on time, the gals in the Diabetes department always called at the right time to check in and see if I need a refill. The few times I talked to a Pharmacist I was also pleased with the service also. The other Google reviews are the complete opposite of every experience I have had over the past 4 years.

They are handling a order for equipment for me. And I have gotten nothing but the run around. Or people that will not call me back. No one knows the managers names of the department. I can t seem to even get them to call me back. The equipment is already expensive. Now I have the added stress of having to hunt down. People just to ensure all of my information has been received. And when it will be sent to my doctor to verify the need. And looking at the previous reviews. I am not the only one that has had a horrible experience with them. I would have never used this company. However Boston Scientific deals with them.

I had no choice but to try and work with this pharmacy to get a specialty medication for my 5 month old. I have called every day for almost a WEEK to try and get this medication mailed to us. The doctor has put in the order, they ve been given our insurance, I call every day to ask the status of the medication, and the receptionist says: no one is available to speak with you, but I wrote down your information and that your child is OUT OF MEDICINE so someone will get back to you soon! This happened on a Thursday. I called Friday, again NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I called first thing on Monday. Same treatment. I asked for the status on her medication. Left my number and information. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK. I never leave reviews for businesses like this, but when my child s health is in jeopardy I will absolutely leave a review. This is horrible for anyone trying to get a specialty medication. At least have the decency to call and say, it will take longer.

I really wish I could give this company zero stars. Since Foundation Care has been bought out by a larger company(AcariaHealth Solution), their quality of service has plummeted substantially. The ability to order and schedule refills online almost doesn't exist at this point being as nothing on the newly designed website works properly on a regular basis. I have stopped receiving email notifications when refills are due as well. These issues have at least once caused my refill delivery to be approximately one week late leaving me without life sustaining drugs for that period of time. In January (2019) they seemingly forgot how to bill some of my prescriptions properly despite my being a customer for several years and because of that, I was once again left without life sustaining drugs for 5 days. I'd make the comment that they're only in this for financial gain and not for the care of their customers but I don't think even that is true since their current poor customer care has got to be resulting in their losing quite a bit of revenue. My insurance gets billed for several hundred thousand dollars annually for the drugs I receive from Foundation Care and apparently not even that is enough to motivate them to make things operate smoothly for their customers. I'm giving them one more month. If things don't go smoothly after that, I'm switching companies. Foundation Care does not deserve my business at this point and right now, I'm being generous by giving them a bit more time.

I used to have a wonderful experience with them and moved all my prescriptions over to them two years ago because of how convenient and communicative they were. All of that is in the past. Since this whole Acaria acquisition/merger BS they have become incapable of anything resembling service. I've been on the phone with them multiple times a day for the last week and a half to try and get medication I've now been without for a week. I've already started to move my prescriptions out of their service to other pharmacies that can actual accomplish filling a prescription, but I'd like to warn anyone else to AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Messages not returned, long wait times on phone calls, packages don't always arrive when they say they will. Once my insurance denied a claim and they waited several days to call me back. The people I talk to always seem nice but the service is horrible
