This store is top of the shelf but the prices were shockingly reasonable. The elegance is felt upon entering and the atmosphere reflect it as well. This store deserves a 10 for its quality and price points

Afternoon tea was pretty good, but very expensive for not much food, and the quality didn't really match up with the price. Got some chocolates here, but they weren't my favorite of all the chocolates I tried in London.

Purchased some tea as well, which was very good. Next time hope to try the top floor for afternoon tea. This visit was ate at the ground floor cafe.

I had High Tea at Fortnum & Mason on a Sunday and it was lovely - hands down the best High Tea I have had in London. The cakes were delicious and they had the best scones I have ever eaten. They have a pianist who plays throughout and will play you happy birthday (with an extra slice of cake with candle) if you let them know it is a birthday celebration. They also have an extensive selection of teas and other nibbles. For the price, it is worth it and far surpasses the Wolseley or the Ritz!

Decently priced tea and coffee perfect for a gift or a souvenir. Also on offer are biscuits, chocolates, and alcohol on the -1st level. The poshsest-est Victorian interior adds to this place's tourist attraction value.

Had afternoon tea at the Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon. It was a good experience - the scones, sandwiches and cakes were absolutely delicious. The service was also great. Although you can ask for a refresh of your sandwiches/scones at no extra charge I think the food is more than enough for one person. Afterwards I tried to do some shopping, the ground floor was particularly chaotic with no many ground staff available to assist with enquires.

Excellent store for food, drinks and assorted fancy sweets. There is. Wine cellar with good collection of wines and small menu. Good collection of Gins. Everything in this store is very good but very expensive, but this is something you know before you enter. Worth a visit 100%

My sister wanted to experience 'tea time' but since that was a steep $65, she opted instead for some macaroons to go and the Queen's favorite, Smoky Earl Grey Tea. Both items were very tasty!

One of the legendary addresses in London for their tea. The store also sells chocolates and coffees. One floor is dedicated to the dishes. Part of the store is for decorations, at Christmas time, they sell collectors decorations. From an architectural point of view the detour is also to be made!

A must visit for all the tea enthusiasts!

A must visit for all the tea enthusiasts!

++ It had basically everything from tea, tea sets, sparkling tea to cheese, marmelade and condiments.
+ Good quality on everything it offered!
+ Great location!

Note:
It has everything you need for a perfect picnic and you can also find already prepared picnic or gift boxes. The reason why I can't give it a 5*star is because I didn't have the time to explore all the floors and also to look closer on the prices.

They have lied about how the ducks are kept .The ducks are kept in small cages and force fed until there organs swell up 10 times normal size causing extreme pain. Please watch the videos online by PETA,F and M have been found out. Fortnum and Mason are only interested in money.

Our order has not been delivered because one of the items on the has run out of stock. Fortnum's refuse to cancel the 1 missing item and send the rest, but told me "it's ok, you can cancel the whole order". Either way, we now have no Chrismas lunch and no treats for two very disappointed three year olds.
You've made me take the day off work to go hunt through half-empty supermarkets so I don't disappoint my family.
Simply the shabbiest excuse for customer service I've ever encountered.

Wonderful department store with mostly tea, coffee, chocolates, marmalade, cookies and so on but also Christmas decorations, decor and beauty articles. Tea room where you can enjoy afternoon tea. One of London's more exclusive coffee and tea shops but still affordable. A perfect place to buy gifts for the dog keeper or the watering the flowers while in London.

Iconic central London department store. Always worth a visit when I m in London. Particularly love the food hall downstairs, fantastic range of products and prices quite reasonable on some products, considering their quality. Staff are always welcoming and happy to chat.

Some of the best tea's you can get with a wide variety of flavours. Cheaper compared to Amazon etc.
If you're American you might wanna exercise restraint though as your natural urge to throw british tea into the bay might be too much to handle.

Great selection of teas and biscuits. Sadly they no longer sell Rhubarb and Ginger jam due to lack of popularity. Have had to find other supplier. Beautiful Christmas decorations though quite expensive. We'll worth a visit.
