It was a bad experience admitting my brother in law in this hospital for Covid treatment. He lost his life getting treated as a machine in this hospital. I felt the staff there were very negative from the starting of the treatment. They were very rude. The patient had 40% lung infection, which is usually treatable. But in this hospital, nothing helped. And the patient was only given negative thoughts, which is not at all required while someone is fighting Covid complications.
I would never recommend this hospital to anyone, especially when you need positive spirit along with machines.

I was admitted into Fortis Escorts Okhla for 5 days in a private room.
The room was decently cleaned and the doctors were good. The room was decent and neat.
I was disappointed on a few important things here:
-The food was terrible, breakfast-lunch-dinner it didn't have any salt it was difficult to swallow the food because of the same. I had to order from home, touchwood I lived in The New Friends Colony so it was easy.
The food was very tasteless and bland. The hospital should at least provide food with some salt so that it's easier to eat.

-My condition was unpredictable.. I had fainted in the morning and my attendant pressed the nurse button 10 times but the nurses took lots of time to come, we even shouted out in the hallway for a nurse to come and check on me but it took lots of time. the service is very very poor. as a patient if you want something it will take a minimum of 30 mins for someone to come.

-On the day of the discharge due to the hospital staff's lack of responsibility my discharge was delayed till 8pm.. I was supposed to get discharged during the day but the staff took a lot of time to prepare the discharge summary.

overall the doctors were good but there are certain important things the hospital is doing wrong.

Just a quick note to thank you so much for making my first experience of physio pleasantly bearable. Your
professionalism, friendly nature and useful advice have no doubt improved my poorly leg pain. I would have no
hesitation in recommending your services to any friend/colleague of mine should they have a need for
physiotherapy.

I got my Covid vaccination done from the hospital ...

I got my Covid vaccination done from the hospital but the way they treated the people was not really good. People were standing outside with no defined waiting area in sun and no one to ask for water. As a hospital who is charging 1250 rupees there should have been better facilities for the people. I just wish I don't have to go to them again.

Nice clean hospital.... But service is very late... Admitted to this hospital but nobody bothers about the patient... Just in fellow ward another heart patient was there... He was having surgery next to next day... But doctors coming to see him very late... He was also very frustrated.. First they admitted by telling me that will get private room... But after they were going shift in general ward.. After so many requests they gave twin sharing room.

I had an open heart surgery here in 2011 and yesterday I went to this hospital again for some checkups. I have lots of memories from this hospital. Doctors and nurses are very kind and they had a warm welcome back for me which I loved alot. I really loved coming back to this place which is full of memories for me.

Edit: I am the Original Poster Mr KVS Pillai's dau...

Edit: I am the Original Poster Mr KVS Pillai's daughter. The doctors at this hospital - Dr Atul Mathur and Dr Ashish Jayakrishnan, cardiologists, killed my father.

Dr Atul Mathur's PS Vibhuti had hounded my father to write a flattering review for him after he had scared him into opting for a stent procedure. My father had written a lovely review for them after undergoing the procedure. But I want to tell everyone exactly what happened afterwards.

The stent turned septic after forty days of the procedure. Atul Mathur and his team refused to take a look at the infection. They refused to give my father an appointment. They sent him running to Internal Medicine, an ENT, a CCU, and deflected his complaints for twenty days starting 02.04.2021. They saw my father's high WBC count in his blood report, his high temperature at 100-103 degrees, and were informed of the severe pain at the stenting site. They ignored him and stuck to their rehearsed line - it wasn't the stent. We believed them.

My father's infection climbed steadily and dangerously every day. His pain was awful, he was clutching his skull for days and weeping for relief. We had to take him to the ER every second day so that he could be placed on IV painkillers to be able to survive a day.

On 17.04.2021, my father's murderer Atul Mathur finally caved in and granted him a virtual appointment. He prescribed a carotid Doppler. After rushing him for one that day itself , we got the results - it was a stent restenosis. Atul Mathur , my father's murderer -despite our direct question - still refused to concede that the stenting process had turned out badly. He prescribed some more antibiotics. My father had high resistance to antibiotics and these people had his blood reports that said as much - but Atul Mathur did not even refer to it. He refused to acknowledge a basic medical fact that my father had septicemia. My father died in severe pain borne out of sepsis on 23.04.2021.

He couldn't get any help because the constant ER visits for pain relief at Fortis had infected him with covid-19 virus. It was hard to find a surgeon to operate on my father despite the covid positive diagnosis . We finally tracked one down, but twenty days of medical negligence at Fortis Escorts had sealed my father's fate.

The brutal treatment of CGHS panel patients by Fortis Escorts, their cruel money minded policies, the mercenary homicidal doctors there - including Atul Mathur the cardiologist, Dr. Ashish Jayakrishnan, who is a part of his team, and Vibhuti - Mathur's PS - killed my father with cold, deliberate and calculating medical negligence.
