Fortinos Dundurn Ltd. Review

I have been a long time customer of this store and I really have to commend them for all of their hard work and efforts during COVID-19. The store is well maintained and very clean and their staff have always been very helpful and pleasant. The owner, Dan, goes above and beyond for his customers to ensure their satisfaction and most importantly their health and safety. Thank you for all of your help and efforts during this challenging time within our community. I will continue to be an appreciative customer of this store and definitely recommend going here if you want to find the freshest produce and a great selection of groceries. Thank you Dan and the Fortinos Dundurn team, job well done! :)

Not up to half the standard some of the other ones in town offer.

Unbelievably busy on New Year's Eve, but my wife and I managed to get everything we needed for our NYE celebrations at home later that evening.

This Fortino's is close to my house so it's convenient, but they are always out of stuff and they don't restock many items for weeks!

Large grocery store with good selection of brands and products. Deli, bakery and more. Fresh food always. Large parking lot

Well laid out ready take home hot food. Store has just about all you want.

I shopped at the location a couple times and then previously worked out for a couple of days wasn t too happy with management and how situations were handled this company slogan Is service of heart that applies internally and externally

Not my favorite Fortinos. Smaller, needs a refresh and didn't have zucchini!

Great grocery store for Italian and other European ingredients. There are Asian and Mexican sections too but they don't have much that is hard to find. There is a beer section

Really good coverage, with quite a bit of attention paid to ingredients from "the old country" (wherever that might be!)

The very worst Fortinos. Dirty, poorly stocked, staff appears unhappy. Some of the staff are great but in general they appear diasatified. I hate to leave a bad review as I consider this to be "my" store. However when compared to other Fortinos this is a sad place.

Weirdly, it s my favourite fortinos in the city. Looks a little seedy from the outside but the selection and layout is great.

Great place for fresh breads/pastries. Has a bigger health food section with vegan/vegetarian options. Almost always fully stocked

It's clean. There is good selection of fruits and vegetables. A little pricey but the quality makes up for it most of the time.

Stopped to get a coffee and something to eat in the car. The girl that worked in coffee shop had me laughing.

They have a great variety and everything is marked and easy to find. Many clerks around, and are eager to help with a smile. Always enjoy grocery shopping at any Fortinos.

PC Express done very well - every detail correct in order, and timely with the pick up. They go above and beyond with customer service - friendly and even brought me a hot coffee to my car!

There some of everything here including organic vegetables and fruits, great place to do grocery and health vitamins...

The best grocery store. Amazing staff. Great cafe. Some of the best sushi in hamilton. They carry the og rectangular . Great health food section.

Not to busy, no lines for checkout friendly cashier

A place to buy all your household requirements including Indian vegetarian stuffs too & everything for cooking, beverages, toiletries, pharmacy too. Carrying huge stock & several outlets close by

Best supermarket in Hamilton, if a bit pricey. Even has a cafe of sorts.

It's clean and has most of the items I like. Nothing fancy, just food.

This location is usually very clean and the employees are usually polite. The prices are just too high. I can't shop here anymore because you pay a little extra on pretty much everything other than essentials.

Good selection of prepared foods, groceries and fresh produce. Reasonable(ish) prices

The good: nice fresh fish and deli and butcher, the fish and butcher guys are great. The bad: the deli people are worse than awful, a couple of them are great..the rest have major (unprovoked) attitude, rudeness, will send you away with the wrong meat, or mash it all up into a ball and hand you the bag. The deli needs serious work. Also, expect to pay 50-100% more for same products as other grocery stores just because it's Fortinos.

Large selection of almost any product you could be looking for. Lots of organic options as well. Price is a bit more than a Metro for example, but the quality is better.

Cashiers and staff are friendly and courteous.

Store was dead...first day of flyer so was able to get all specials.

Had a special voucher manager was helpful with making sure they would take it before shopping. All staff seemed to be very helpful although it was 1hr before close on Christmas eve. Clean store weird they were sold out of KD.

A large and nicely renovated grocery store. The mall parking lot and surrounding stores bely how clean and modern the store is.
