I recently purchased some products from their website, and I am very impressed with the quality and durability. The prices were also very reasonable. The only thing that bothers me is the customer support. They are not very responsive and it took quite a long time for them to resolve my issue. Overall, Forth generation is a good company but there is room for improvement.
