Very helpful, housing did take a longer than normal to get a house but all our questions were answered and at the end of our wait we got a house in livable condition. I suggest if you are going to live on fort hood to contact housing as soon as you have orders. Larissa fulfilled her duties with our family, she can help you too.

Great experience with maintenance today! Our a/c went out last night and I called in my request at about 630am and by 10-11am we had someone out here working on it! It was such a relief to only have to wait a few hours instead of wait out the 24 hr time frame we were given at first. Danny (55447) worked quick despite this heat and having to pick up parts needed. He was helpful and got our ac running just in time for us to pick up our kiddos from school!
