As a Building Manager, I have been working with Forest Solutions for three years now. They have a Messenger Center in our building, which has three messengers in total. I correspond regularly with the messenger staff, in addition to Forest's assigned Operations Manager, who consistently plays an active role in overseeing the staff and ensuring that all operations go smoothly.

From the moment that I began working with Forest, the Operations Manager (at the time), Luther Hoffman, immediately reached out to me to set up a meeting to discuss the services that the company offers and to explain how their services can improve my tenant's experience within the building. When Luther was recently promoted, he played an active role in ensuring that there was a smooth transition with his replacement.

Their recent hire of Lead Messenger has exceeded my expectations. She remains in constant communication with me and my tenants and really goes above and beyond in her role.

I had also attended a COVENE event where Forest had been responsible for staffing at this event (servers, bartenders, cleaning staff at the event, etc.) and it was very well and tastefully done. The entire staff was well spoken, courteous and attentive.

I would highly recommend utilizing them and the plethora of services that they offer!

I have been with the company for over 9 years now and it has been a wonderful experience! The company truly cares about their employees and it shows!

If you are hardworking, dedicated and driven, this is certainly a great company to work for!

I worked for Forrest Solutions in Boston MA. My boss Ken Johnson was the worst, he was always in a bad mood. He would never do any work just hand it off for others to do. The mail room was horrible training. I wouldn t work for this place again

In the wake of the pandemic, all of my previous industries (tourism, the arts, hospitality) were wiped out. Once it was "safe" to go back out, I reached out to Forrest Solutions (at the recommendation of a friend) to find work. Stacey was wonderful at listening to what I was looking for and has been getting me regular temp work for the last two months. Now, you get out what you put in... Professionalism. Respect. I have worked with Forrest Solutions for the past two years and have found them to be extremely responsive and professional. If ever an issue, they provide details on how they will monitor and ensure the issue doesn't reoccur. They provide regular updates to keep you in the loop of what they are doing both in the building and as a company. Super easy to work with, highly recommended.

We outsourced our file room to Forrest Solutions for probably 10 years.
They always had excellent people. If there was an issue they addressed it
immediately, Their managers were wonderful. We worked with them until the pandemic hit. I would love to work with them again,

I had the pleasure of working for Forrest Solutions after losing my job of 13 years due to cutbacks. It was refreshing to see a company that takes such a proactive approach in developing their staff and providing the necessary tools to do the job. The placement and hiring process was super simple and I was able to become permanent at the client site. Now I am the client and look forward to many more years of continued partnership with Forrest Solutions. Our account rep in particular Marcos Briones runs a very tight ship and if you follow him he will not lead you astray.
