He was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know about the process of making this key and programming it so that it will start my car. He then directed me to a service advisor named Michael and he took care of me from there. Overall, smooth process in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend this Honda dealership to anyone who is looking for an honest opinion for their vehicle's needs.

Experience with service department was bad. Had to wait 1.5 hour for oil change (even when I had an appointment booked for 8:30, oil change was done at 10), 15 mins for them to pull my car out after it was supposedly done , and after I left I noticed the oil life indicator hadn t been reset (after being told it had been reset by the service advisor, Gary). First time going to this dealer, won t ever be back again.

From start to finish, Formula Honda has and always will take care of your every need. From Service Adviser to Service Manager, the service is well above expectations. I have had rough experiences and some other dealerships but Formula Honda has gracefully restored Honda's great name. Gary Ramalho and Brian Tidd are some of the best representatives of Honda. Of course not to discount anyone else at Formula Honda, everyone along side of their team has exceeded. I cannot say I have been to every Honda dealership, but I can say even if I do no one could top the service over at Formula Honda. Aside from being helped constantly and being treated well, the Service department always gets the work done on time and most importantly above par.

He showed me how to use everything inside/outside of the car when I went to pick it up. From start to finish the process was very efficient and comfortable. I strongly recommend this Dealership. From day one they took excellent care in explaining the process and gave us all the different options. I thank Sakib for his friendliness, patience and honesty. He worked with us to find what car could fit with our needs and financial possibilities. I think Sakib's attitude and honesty motivated us so much that we finally bought the car and we do love the car. I want to thank Formula Honda for their Road Assistance when I had a flat tire. The police said I had to take the 'next' tow truck to get off the highway. It wasn't a Honda truck but Honda paid for the cost regardless. The Service Manager gave me a ride home because the Courtesy car drivers had left for the day. Thank you!!!!!

Took my car in for a tailgate lock install on a 2019 ridgeline. Appointment was 945. Show up at 930, got my car in and waited 2 hours at the lounge. Told me car wont be ready till 1pm, really ??? a job should take no more than 1 hour. Got home and call them again at ~ 2pm, again told me wont be ready till 5 now. WTH. I'm pretty sure I wont go back their for any future work on my truck. Gary from service is a great guy to deal, and I'm very happy with the sales guy and manager ( my 3rd car from formula )But would not recommend any work from their mechanics.

Overall great place, very honest service department, they may make small mistakes but compare to some other Honda dealers at least Formula Honda doesn't just recommend $800 brake jobs EVERY TIME I go in for an oil change. Keep up your honesty Formula Honda.

So, I decided to go ahead an purchase a car here. When buying the car, it seemed like they were not very interested because it was a USED car. It seems like other people had this issue as well after reading other reviews. Needless to say I found a car that I liked and purchased it. However, the car had a noise as i drove which i wanted fixed before i came back to pick up the car. There was also a scratch or two on it which looked like they had been coloured in by a little kid. I understood they were selling it as is but they assured me it would look much better and the sound would be fixed upon picking it up. This was my first car purchase ever so it was supposed to be exciting. Well, when i came back to pick up the car, the noise was still there and nothing was changed about the scratch. I was disappointed as i thought they would actually fix it since THEY told me they would! I told them i needed the car and that i would be back and they agreed to fix it at whatever time was convenient to me. Considering the drive is an hour to this location from my house, i told them i wanted to come on a Saturday so i don't miss work, they agreed. I have been sending emails trying to make an appointment and i guess they no longer care because they can't seem to get back to me to schedule me in. I just want my car fixed from the problems that were supposed to be solved before picking up the car. Can someone please get back to me so i can have this fixed!!!

-I am pleased to say that they did indeed reach out to me and fix the problems i had on my car. They gave me a rental which I had for a week and they called me mid-week to update me on the status of my vehicle just as i was wondering when it would be ready which was nice. Thank you!

I wanted to share about my experience purchasing from the Formula Honda dealership. I called in to book a test drive as I knew that I wanted to get a civic. I was transferred to Sakib who arranged a test drive for me. When I arrived, Sakib was very much polite in his interaction. In order to ensure that I made an informed decision, he allowed me to test drive both the Lx and Ex-turbo. Sakib always followed up while I was away and also gave me advice about insurance and upkeep of the vehicle. I truly felt like a valued customer because even after the transaction was all but completed, there was a huge storm on Friday. Sakib had advised that the team that usually cleans vehicles is off for the weekend so he cleaned my car in their stead. Additionally, despite it being a busy Saturday, took time out of his work day to show me the safety features of the Ex that I purchased. I would definitely recommend working with Sakib as his advice regarding paying for the vehicle, driving the vehicle, and upkeep of the vehicle has really encouraged me to inform my friends and family to work with this gentleman for Honda vehicles.

Horrible phone etiquette. The are extremely rude and keep putting you on hold. Their phone system also automatically sends you back into the IVR or voicemail once put on hold for too long. The person who puts you on hold doesn't call you back. When you do call back, it's the same cycle over again.

When someone did call me back to pick up my car, I asked if all the work was done and the response I was given was "I don't know but if the advisor is saying it's ready it must be done". Ready from what?! I asked for additional work to be performed and was given a 4 hour estimate and they're calling me back in an hour telling me everything is done.

Though this place is literally up the street from me, I'm not going back to such an unprofessional place again.

Had my car serviced today and the whole experience was top notch. Douglas was extremely helpful and professional. Even though rentals were not available on weekends, I was offered free Uber rides to and from my place while the service was performed. The service dept. was very thorough and found several issues which I didn t know about and were fixed without any hassle. I would highly recommend this location.

When my car unexpectedly died on me, I quickly realized that I was in good hands with Formula Honda! From my wonderful mechanic Christeon who went on his personal time to do a quick assessment on my car where it had broken down and having to deal with a gas station attendant who was less than accommodating given my car was in her way. He politely dealt with her on my behalf. Then I received the confirmation that he could fix my car as well as a prompt estimate. While my car was being worked on I received updates and reassurance that the problem had been resolved and my car was now working. Then the friendly service during the pick up with Gary was awesome! Right down to the gentleman who retrieved my car, brought to the front where I was waiting. He smiled and waived good bye while thanking me for coming! What started as a very upsetting situation quickly turned around into an absolutely memorable experience that I will be raving about to family & friends! Thanks to the Formula Honda team!!!

The worst dealership I have ever been to. I have never seen a group of people so judgmental and hesitant to help someone. The only person who treated me with respect was the receptionist. The sales staff were only helping people with a suit and tie on. They definitely lost a sale. I'll take my business elsewhere.

The overall experience at Formula Honda was pleasant with exceptional sales service and customer focused approach.

Sales Service experience: Ask for Sheryl (my sales rep), went above and beyond for the sales service. From staying back late on the last day of the sale to help workout a good price, good 20min test drive, explained features, helped build trim and options. Her colleague Hassan and Manager Hugh helped understand the price breakdown, lease contract, warranty, accessories, other services. Although very convincing, no options are pushed to the buyer. I rather felt stimulated to think about the options/ extras and make an informed decision. Overall experience was awesome with customer being prioritized over a sale.

Lease approval: Hassan helped work the lease approval and negotiate down payment need-be. Effectively the total lease commitment remains the same with or without the down.

Delivery: The process was very smooth and was expedited by Sheryl. Had all paperwork ready at time of appointment for delivery. Explained the car features and the Pre Delivery Inspection checklist. Handed over the customer copy of documents, manuals in glovebox. Delivery of the Car just as expected. Pleasant experience.

I would encourage all car buyers to ask as many questions to the sales rep, as they are polite and patient to answer them all. Honda has a good brand value specifically towards reliability of its cars. The CRV is a natural choice with its safety rating at 8.8 which is above its competitors (RAV at 8.5 and Tucson at 8.3). The CRV has been in the market for 23 years, Honda doesn't kill its cars easily nor does it flood the product offerings in each segment (SUV, Sedan, van) like other brands. This helps preserve the brand value and resale value as parts are always available and the car is in demand.

The worst dealership I ever seen, I booked an appointment for maintenance. First on the phone they said it will take 2 hours but when I drop my car at 11am they said we will finish before 5 pm, at 4 pm they called me and said sorry bl bl we got late and I got upset that you guys wasted my time. Finally, they finished at 5:30 pm. Second, they charge me more than they said in the beginning.
Also, I had requested drop off and pick up they drop me and the pick up time they didn t pick me up. They said take taxi and we will pay you. Once I reached the dealership they didn t pay me and they said we need receipt for that. I told them you guys didn t told me in advance that I should take the receipt and usually taxi driver don t have or don t want to give the receipt as all the deal was in cash. So, ended up not paying me.

In addition, Non professional advisors and employees in the service department. When you enter the service department, all advisors free and just keeping busy themselves and keep looking at you after 5m or 10m you have to ask them are you free are free than they will ask you what you need.

I was quite disappointing with my experience with Formula Honda. My girlfriend and I had gone into the showroom interested in the 2016 Honda Accord Sport. Being Honda and Acura fans we were intrigued by the refreshed (from 2015 model) Accord and looking forward to the test drive. The Sales Consultant experience was quite shoddy at best, he provided us a USED 2014 accord to test drive and did not make a effort to verify if a 2016 was available. What he failed to recognize is that we weren't looking for any vehicle to get us to destination A to B but a car that we would enjoy.When a customer walks in and asks for a specific model which denotes the word 'sport', that should give the consultant a light bulb moment and realize this may be someone who is passionate about cars.While all this was occurring he seemed preoccupied or his attention was elsewhere and got the most minimal level of service.

A truly unfortunate and disappointing experience at Honda.

All to say the experience was terrible and we ended up going back to Acura where we have always been treated well.

Everything moved quickly, the work was done within the day, valuable consultation advice provided with detailed explanation sent via PDF to describe the findings found on my car with recommended solutions. The price was fair and the service was top notch! Shuttle service to and from the dealership was provided when I dropped the vehicle off and picked up promptly after work to pick-up my Vehicle. Overall, staff members at the dealership were friendly and most accommodating. I have no reservations recommending you get your work done here as the car felt like new as well as the service being top-notch. I can't comment on purchasing a vehicle here however I'd expect similar experience. When i'm in for shopping for a new vehicle, I know where to look.

Ii would have been nice if they had called and told me so I did not waste my time. They say they did call but there is record of it in my phone. Looks like they deserve thier poor rating on google. I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord Touring from Formula Honda early this year as my first car, before purchasing I was informed that the car was previously fully serviced at Formula Honda and all required service has been performed. About a week or two of owning the car, I receive a letter from Formula Honda stating that it's time for a timing belt change. I had purchased the car at 190,000km and the timing belt service was due at 160,000km (30,000km overdue). I thought this was a mistake but I confirmed with Formula Honda, they told me that the previous owner refused to have the timing belt changed, yet I was informed that all service has been done on the car when I bought it. Later on the car had electrical issues, where it would start then shut off, had to get it towed to Formula Honda and had to pay the diagnostic fee and $500 on top of that to have the problem fixed. As I'm driving the car home, I realize that the A/C wasn't working, so I had to bring it back and I had to pay the diagnostic fee again for them to tell me my whole A/C system has to be replaced for $1800 as it was damaged. I was very skeptical because my A/C system was working perfectly fine prior to bringing the car in. As a student, it's very hard to cope with all these unexpected finances, I'm giving 3 stars because even though I'm having these issues, the sales and service team were very nice to me.

STAY AWAY from the repair body shop. RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

i sent my car in and they said it would take 13 days instead it took 6 weeks. In this time, I wasn't given any updates from them. Anytime you call, be prepared to be hung up on within one minute. They will say probably Friday and hang up right away before you can even ask any more questions. When that given day rolls around, no one called or emailed back giving an update as to when it will be done instead. EVERY TIME I HAD TO CALL. After a month, I had to reach out to Vince through email who is the manager and then only I was taken seriously. He told me that there was a change in staff and unfortunately I was caught in this mess.

So you are telling me, if you have new staff all customer service goes down the drain? Isn't this the basic stuff they should be learning?
They kept my car hostage and didn't tell me what was going on.

This was my first time ever getting into a car accident and I thought it would be best to fix it from honda, but these people really don't care about customer service. I am so dissapointed, they obviously don't care if I come back because they will get business no matter what. Also being a woman, they kept laughing at me and smirking when I told them why I was unhappy. I never once swore or shout, I was professional and told that I was very unhappy with the way I was treated during the 6 weeks.

DON'T GET YOUR CAR FIXED FROM HERE! Better off to go somewhere else that treats you better, you will get smirked at, laughed at and not taken seriously.

Contacted dealer about 2018 Odyssey Touring Demo on sale. The following was from their add: "CASH PURCHASE PRICE: $52,900+HST. Immediately Delivery!! Why don't come by and take a look at this Demo before you consider to buy a NEW one. Thousand of savings from New. No Freight & PDI Charges". Other demo Odyssey Tourings from GTA Honda dealers with less kms (around 2000km ) selling on auto trader for $48,500. Mentioned that to dealer and they responded that their price included $2000 worth of accessories and thought their price was fair. Their van had over 16000 km. Questioned that the price was still $5000 apart and they said that the accesories was the reason. Put in a fair offer based on market value, they told me to buy the van from other dealer. They said their best price was that cash price and if I financed would be $1069.42 for 60 months (thats $64,152.20) !!!! Is that fair value?

Stay away, vehicles are over priced. Go to any other GTA Honda dealer.
