The overall experience at Formula Honda was pleasant with exceptional sales service and customer focused approach.

Sales Service experience: Ask for Sheryl (my sales rep), went above and beyond for the sales service. From staying back late on the last day of the sale to help workout a good price, good 20min test drive, explained features, helped build trim and options. Her colleague Hassan and Manager Hugh helped understand the price breakdown, lease contract, warranty, accessories, other services. Although very convincing, no options are pushed to the buyer. I rather felt stimulated to think about the options/ extras and make an informed decision. Overall experience was awesome with customer being prioritized over a sale.

Lease approval: Hassan helped work the lease approval and negotiate down payment need-be. Effectively the total lease commitment remains the same with or without the down.

Delivery: The process was very smooth and was expedited by Sheryl. Had all paperwork ready at time of appointment for delivery. Explained the car features and the Pre Delivery Inspection checklist. Handed over the customer copy of documents, manuals in glovebox. Delivery of the Car just as expected. Pleasant experience.

I would encourage all car buyers to ask as many questions to the sales rep, as they are polite and patient to answer them all. Honda has a good brand value specifically towards reliability of its cars. The CRV is a natural choice with its safety rating at 8.8 which is above its competitors (RAV at 8.5 and Tucson at 8.3). The CRV has been in the market for 23 years, Honda doesn't kill its cars easily nor does it flood the product offerings in each segment (SUV, Sedan, van) like other brands. This helps preserve the brand value and resale value as parts are always available and the car is in demand.
