Had such an amazing experience here! So professional and beautiful gowns to choose from. Oliveah was so nice and guided me through all the gowns. She even picked out a couple gowns which I thought I might like to try on. I ended up purchasing the dress that she picked out for me. Thank you Oliveah!

The customer service in there was absolutely atrocious. The girls in there were not helpful at all. Most of them were just gossiping between themselves. Would never recommend, there are plenty of other places that are way nicer
A very big thank you to Olivia for her wonderful service yesterday (Saturday 8th May). Although my daughter had the dress picked before we got to the store, she is an incredibly shy girl who was anxious about stepping out onto the podium.
Olivia was assigned to my daughter for her appointment and instantly put my daughter at ease. Not only was she able to relax my daughter but she also was able to speak with her on the same level which stopped my daughter feeling intimidated or embarrassed.

Absolutely in love with the formal dress I bought today! There is a huge range of styles to choose from, and the staff are very helpful.
The staff were helpful but they didnt seem to care or ever compliment me or give their honest opinion. I felt they would just say things to get me to buy the dress. The dresses they have there are far better than the next store I went to. However, because of the no photo policy I couldn't take a photo of the dress I really liked which made me decide on a dress from a different store. I think the no photo policy is ridiculous.
We ended up at this store by coincidence today whilst shopping for a bridesmaids dress. Even without an appointment, all of the ladies on staff were more than happy to help us out. They really listened to what we were/were not looking for. And after trying on several dresses and taking up at least 30 minutes of their time, we found THE dress!
We were so impressed by the genuine service, non-pushy attitude and attention-to-detail of the staff. Special mention to Abbey who was primarily helping us out. She was very patient as we tried on dress after dress and truly went above and beyond, considering we hadn't even booked ahead.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a formal or bridesmaids dress xo
My daughter and I could not be happier with the experience we had when shopping for a formal dress at Formal Wear of Brisbane. Such lovely, helpful girls who listened to what we wanted and helped us to find the dress! . I liked that it was by appointment only, as it meant no crowding. The rooms were spacious and there were many beautiful dresses in a range of sizes to try on. I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone looking for formal or wedding attire. Many thanks!
I was a customer of the store and I was overwhelmed by the lovely customer service and mannerism that I was served with by Amy. I was running late and rang to advice of my late arrival and was greeted by a friendly and understanding voice. This made me excited for my appointment. Amy was extremely helpful and kind and I am very excited to ring tomorrow morning and order my dress. I can not thank Amy enough for her help & support in this amazing time of my life. I will definitely be recommending the store to my family and friends. Amy should be commended on her customer service abilities x
