Wonderful! Personally have anxiety and don't like shopping in public or talking to the cashier but i love this store! This is the first forever 21 and it's awesome! I have noticed lots of white hipsters are moving in the area but it's okay with me!
Rude and messy. I was bumped with a clothes rack and all I got was a dirty rude look. Don't squander your time and look online or somewhere else like Windsor.
Original location of this national chain, the staff here are very friendly and helpful. They are always happy to see you, and greet you when you enter. You will always find staff restocking or processing the latest clothing and other stock, so there is no hovering, but they want you to know they can help you find what you need. There is always something new in window, a sale going on; the latest in fast fashion can be seen here.
They carry women's jewelry, cosmetics, recently started carrying shoes and hats. If you can't find something you fancy, they are happy to help you find it online.
Limited metered street parking, but there is a free lot behind store.
They had a large variety of tops and sweaters marked down to $5
I like this place it's the original Foever 21 and I was born in Highland Park so i like it sad part is they run out of sizes fast mostly the large theres always smalls and mediums but never larges. Other than that sometimes i find things thats are my style prices are decent as well.
Quality is a little cheap but the style is great!! I come here mostly for their rings and other accessories
I love it for the fact that i live a block away n i love their clothes the staff is very nice sometimes its a bit disorganized but overall i never see the staff slack off or be rude :)
Not a great selection, many of the styles were only size small and extra small. The sales associates were busy talking to each other. I wasn't asked to be helped at all I even drop clothes on purpose to see if they would ask me if I needed help they didn't.

The original Forever 21store has the most un-welcoming vibe ever. The customer service is mediocre. My most recent experience was there was no employees at the register. About five minutes later, an employee appeared to ring my purchase.
Lots of styles to choose from without breaking the bank
It was horrible, nothing that's worth buying. The clothing is perfect for the hipsters, hideous.
They have amazing clothes everything in the store is gorgeous like the bags, earrings, necklaces and more
I love their clothes. however, I was trying to make a quick stop for an item before school and its closed. the listing says it opens at 9am, the sign outside also says 9am. but the doors are locked. I looked inside and there's no one in sight. I also called and no one answered. I got there right at 9am and waited for 5-10 minutes. no one came to open while I was there.
I and my daughter loved this store because it has a variety of women's clothes, but we also loved the treatment of its employees since they kindly ask you if you need alluda and that I also liked very much so go and see and see you too okay. luck.
There is always something new at this store. They have items for a night out to professional. Location always has parking in the back or in front.

This is the first Forever 21 and it is AMAZING!!! Great selection of clothes and is updated regularly. You can find a lot of things in the store that you see online and think are too EXTRA for the store but they're there! The employees are really nice and you can talk to them and they'll joke around and still keep it professional. A lot of cute accessories. Overall great place to shop! :)
Small but you can still find some really cute clothing. You don't get greeted, asked if you need help. They just stare at you like you're to steal something. Yikes
