We have worked on multiple projects for Forest Properties from replacing the carpet on fourteen floors to replacing ceramic tile in their lobby and performing repairs throughout their building. The management team has always been cooperative, adhered to the schedule and worked in harmony with our installers. Great company to work for !!

I have been trying to get in touch with the office representatives to get a status on the deposit return, but the calls are always forwarded to an unmonitored voice mailbox. I have also emailed these people several times to inquire about the status of the deposit and have not received a response either.
The properties and apartment homes managed by this company are not great either.

Their property managers are terrible and this company as a whole is terrible...
I have been trying to reach them for a week now and whoever "Gene" is (operator) is never around and I cannot get anyone on the phone over STOLEN DEPOSIT
