Rink not managed at all too many on the ice with direction going opposite of the flow groups standing around doing nothing but clogging up the flow. Did not clean the ice after the hockey game and then sectioned off a quarter of the ice for a birthday party. Been going here since it opened Sunday's have been historically busy dissappointing management of the rink.

Fantastic facility, and the staff were absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed being here in the public ice skating session. If you're a pro, sure you don't have to worry about nothing. But if you are a beginner in skating, don't forget to get some buckets before getting on the ice.

SO MUCH FUN. One of the best places for date nights and very cheap!!

It's a very nice skating facility. My granddaughter even got to get Scott Hamilton's autograph while we were there.

MY SCHOOL WENT HERE IN 3RD GRADE AND I WAS HERE TO AND IT WAS AWSOME though someone cut my intier finger with the skates so its not fun at all

This was the worst experience ever And my family and friends will not return. You only have two ppl checking ppl in to pay...Your service was poor and charged my child 10.50 for a half hour of skate because we waited over 30 min in your long line so we also purchased a second session and it started 15 min late due to the previous freestyle session. And what is the waiver for? You didn't even check to see if we did the waiver? This is a terrible experience and u also have no seating to put your skates on either.. no seating available to put skates on either .. they are not prepared for a bunch of ppl...

DO NOT go to this place...

The facility is wonderful, everyone was nice. BUT the check in process to get skates for the birthday party we went to was chaotic. The adults were charged two different prices for skates. It was fun, will definitely go back, but the first impression was not the greatest.

Ford Ice is a great spot for skating, lessons, and hockey development. The Nashville Predators definitely have their stamp on the place, but that makes it fun for us fans! There are 2 rinks, one of which seems to be entirely dedicated to hockey leagues for various ages. There's a snack shop, but I don't know about their menu. I have to admit, though, the thing that I enjoy most about going is playing the bubble hockey tables!

Nice place!! We went for a birthday party!!! So we got a chance to ice skate (my son) ... he enjoyed very much!!!!

Outstanding facilities, but I would recommend the ice resurfacer scrape more ice. The ice could be better.

My husband surprised me with an amazing day at the skating rink. We spent almost 5 hours there and took breaks to eat and drink delicious hot cocoa. And since were right next to a mall and food, we had one of the best days EVER!!

Adult Hockey League Participants Beware!

I must say we are extremely disappointed in this place and the way they run their Adult hockey League for two big reasons:

1. Ford Ice Center is refusing to provide our players copies of the Waiver Form they signed at the beginning of the season. A waiver form our players have a "Legal" right to. Why is that? How shady is that? What are they hiding? They force us to sign a waiver form and then won't provide a copy of it to us? Makes you wonder what they are hiding!

2. This place is using Level 1 - USA Hockey referees for their Men's League. Level 1 referees are licensed to do 12 year olds and under according to USA Hockey.....yet they are doing games in the Men's League that contain ex High School and College players? The officiating here is abysmal and has been for years.....and I guess now we know why. They are using completely unqualified referees. Unbelievable!

Be very careful before signing up to play hockey here! The arena itself is nice, but the way the leagues are run is completely ridiculous. Consider yourself warned!

Great rink, bad area. The rink is very nice with two sheets, meeting rooms, skills areas, concession, pro shop and more. It is also home to the Scot Hamilton skating school.

Excellent facility with great staff. Awesome place to skate!

Great price for a great time! My wife and I went and had a blast. The ice was good, and the process of getting in and out was simple. Only downside is the rental skates. They are not very good. Plus I had to switch out twice because of laces problems. Great $10 date night!

This is one of my favorite hangouts. I enjoy the ice skating and the hockey in this facility. And the mini food court has some tasty treats.

Nice new facility and great location closer to Nashville but not downtown so easy parking and 5 minutes from hotels for tournaments. Nice to see NHL associated rink system starting to grow here. Only 3 rinks in the whole metro area.

The heaters didn't work. Floors needed cleaning... Holy frozen butt Batman!!! Great game tho!!
