This site is a total scam. Not only do they not send out orders to customers, they steal from lables and bands. They were recently evicted and threw all their inventory in the dumpster. All your money is going into the owners pocket with no intention to send out any orders. Take the site down, the shop doesnt exsist anymore!! It just a way for the owner to steal.
Horrible experience! Ordered months ago without any response from their customer service on an eta. Canceled my order and shows refunded on 5/29/19 but still have not received it after 3 weeks now. Just filed a claim with the BBB as this company seems to be a scam.
This company is a joke. They are thieves for one thing. I placed an order that they charged me for and I didn't receive. I tried to contact them about this and they ignored me. After that fiasco, I tried multiple times to have them remove me from their email list, but they've made it literally impossible even to block their email address. And I still get pummelled with their emails on a daily basis. Do not get involved with this company in any way. They should be shut down.
They'll ignore you if they mess up and you reach out for help. I tried multiple times and got no reply from anyone. Get your stuff somewhere else.
No response from customer service, they happily took my money but never sent my stuff and the phone number is disconnected. They used to be awesome. Do not order anything from these thieves.
Total scam! Ordered a record, says it is out of stock. Next thing we know there are fraudulent charges of over $800 on the credit card we used! DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE!!!

I don't think this company exists anymore, although their website will still accept orders. They just don't fulfill them. If you cancel an order it changes to store credit, and you can't get your money refunded because there is no customer service. They don't reply to any method of communication and even their phone number appears disconnected. Stay away.
Ordered a record as a Christmas gift that never shipped. I cancelled the order and they kept my money as store credit . I decided to try again and ordered another record. 5 months later and the status still says in stock soon . I ve sent a dozen emails and have not heard back. Really wish I could get some response on this. Ive been ordering from the same account on interpunk since 2001 and have only had issues recently.
Been waiting over a month for my merchandise. No tracking number has been provided. The 2 credit cards that were used on separated purchases were compromised
Awful. I have bought from them for years and recently attempted to buy my kid some presents for his birthday. I ordered everything on March 3rd and still have yet to receive anything. I have contacted them via website and email with no response. Their phone number is disconnected as of this morning. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I am now in the process of filing a dispute with them through my credit union. Don't give Interpunk any money and if you are in a band, don't send them your merch. I would give negative stars if I could.
I bought from them 4 weeks ago and still have not received package. Super bummed if they are running thier business to scam people. I was so excited for my shirts. Total let down. I use to buy from them as a teenager. I guess not anymore
Ive been ordering from them for 20yrs. I never had a problem til now. My wife ordered me a bunch of records for Xmas, she also hot me a gift card to Interpunk. It is Feb18 and my Xmas gift still says its not in stock along with the records I ordered with my gift card. Ive been trying to contact them to find out whats going on for several weeks now........no reply. I cancelled my order last week but have not received my refund. THIEVES.

I ordered the Menzingers/Bouncing Souls "Shocking Split" 7" on Feburary 18th. My order status has said "Expected in stock tomorrow" for two weeks now. I have written three messages to the company and received zero follow up. I am concerned that I may never get my order (#4590962). PLEASE respond to your customers.
Do not place orders from here. Placed order January 7th and still has not shipped. They have my funds. Won't return emails, DMs, phone # goes to directly to voice mail which is always full. What an amateur garbage company. This is why I and the rest if the country use Amazon. Screw Interpunk.
Scam artists. Do not purchase from them. I mean it, you literally will not get what you ordered. They were great in the past, something went terribly wrong, look at all the other reviews.

Used to order all the time from here 10 yrs ago and it was great. Now..zero customer service, no replies to emails or website messages. Almost 2 months since order and still no shipment, items have all been in stock for nearly a month as well. Unable to get ahold of anyone to get my money back, terrible company.
Interpunk is one of the worst companies! They advertise merchandise, especially pre-order items they do not have and it becomes a game of trying to pinpoint the status of your order. Nobody should take the risk of buying from these liars! Hopefully they close and nobody will get screwed anymore by this horrible company.
Deserves negative stars. I bought a Leftover Crack tee about 3 weeks ago. The email said the item would ship in 1-2 business days. It never shipped and the order status said processing. I contacted interpunk through phone and email several times, no one answered/responded. I cancelled the order through the customer service tab on their website and never received my refund. Bad website and no customer service. My bank had to the refund the charge to me. RIDICULOUS!!
Used to be a great company. They ve gone down the tube hard. Don t order anything from them unless you love not getting your package or responses to your questions.
