Update: had a new appointment a week later and the update is now successful.

Big turn was quite pricey for such a small car in addition, they could not get the language settings of Ford Sync on Dutch. Quite special for a Ford brand garage.

Super Ford dealer! I have been helped with my car! After a long drive around with a breakdown and having visited several car workshops, I arrived here,
They took my car and ended up there in the garage with jermaine.
The next day I got a call that it was a cable problem and that it was quickly resolved with some survey work!
Top company !!!

Best Ford dealer out there !!! As a customer you are at home there. Super service and whether you buy a beautiful second-hand car or a brand new one .... everyone is treated equally. For me, a good ten for this magnificent company

Unfortunately the same experiences as previous negative reviews. A few years ago I was always very satisfied: friendly, helpful staff and excellent service.
It has been a drama for about 1.5 years. Already experienced 2 times that no proper reset was done after maintenance, causing the car to report a fault and so I could go back. If you have a breakdown, your car will not be ready at the agreed time and you will have to wait another hour. Coffee? Well if you are lucky.
In addition, the staff is now curt, and everything is responded to as if the customer is a fool. Service orientation is 0 at the moment. I'm going to pick out a different car this summer, but thanks to my experiences at van Mossel, that will definitely not be a Ford anymore!

Making a mistake is human. It is important how you deal with this as a company. As far as I am concerned, they deserve a hot shower at Van Mossel Ford Eindhoven. After a mistake regarding what a sold bus was allowed to tow, there was very courteous and accurate handling of the bus for free for a new one. I am therefore very pleased with how this was handled. For those who want to buy a Ford, I highly recommend this company.

gearbox of new ford ka broken after 31000 km. No courtesy from Ford or Mossel. Repaired for 1500, - 20 months and only 13500km later again exactly the same problem. Other workshops indicate that it is simply not properly repaired and that it should not be possible. But van Mossel shows itself from its worst side again. 1700, - repair costs, but because it is so fast, they want to give a 15% discount. Repair elsewhere costs between 700, - 1000, - who is fooling who! it is a pity that you can not give 0 stars at Google

After purchasing my car, I broke off contact with the Mossel garage on the squat in Eindhoven by being spoken to by the branch director.
Then heard a play ...
Anyway, now a fine garage has been found in Valkenswaard Luijbregts that takes over the further warranty.
Now I wanted to use the constant current on my 13 pin plug (pin 9) for the lighting in my trailer ..
After an afternoon of testing and measuring, no constant current was found ...
Then just visit the garage in Valkenswaard.
Here it was found that the constant current (pins 9 and 10) did have a wire, but was not connected at all.
They corrected this, cost 90.15 ...

Thank you ALWEER garage from Mossel Eindhoven for this great piece of expertise !!!

One thing is certain .... They will NEVER see me again !!!
Then rather pay the 90 euros, then just put 1 foot back in there ....

Been for maintenance. Little customer-oriented attitude; can hardly be a good day, let alone a coffee while waiting. Staff runs as if they do not feel like it. Parts not in stock. Mechanic has height-adjustable handlebar not fixed back after use. Dirty and filthy loan cars. Quality maintenance is so-so. No advertising for Ford ..

Still have to get used to it. Ford Luijbregts used to be just in Valkenswaard. To have something checked, you now have to go to Eindhoven especially. Difficult. Many familiar faces are gone (at least not immediately visible.

I hope there will be another service point in Valkenswaard.

Have been to many car dealers, but Ford Eindhoven takes the cake (negative sentence). I am not at all pleased with the rude and disrespectful location manager mister van de Ven. It was a great pity when we were told that Ford Luijbregts is closed and we had hoped that Ford van Mossel Eindhoven would be a good alternative, but nothing could be further from the truth. Stay as far away from this establishment as possible. Pity the people who work under his rule!

Nice workshop with lots of glass, so you can watch your car while waiting. Lots of choice in the showroom and nice occasions.

Plenty of seating with free tea or coffee. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
