Unfortunately the same experiences as previous negative reviews. A few years ago I was always very satisfied: friendly, helpful staff and excellent service.
It has been a drama for about 1.5 years. Already experienced 2 times that no proper reset was done after maintenance, causing the car to report a fault and so I could go back. If you have a breakdown, your car will not be ready at the agreed time and you will have to wait another hour. Coffee? Well if you are lucky.
In addition, the staff is now curt, and everything is responded to as if the customer is a fool. Service orientation is 0 at the moment. I'm going to pick out a different car this summer, but thanks to my experiences at van Mossel, that will definitely not be a Ford anymore!
