Great meeting here with Health and Safety professional. Good facilities for meeting and cafeteria for visitors.

Easy to get to, just off the motorway. Good team of people. Nicely refurbished meeting areas.

I had a bad experience with New World Eastridge last winter, where they were advertising specials on shelf and when I went through the check out I was charge the full price so I stopped shopping there until this week and only to find it is still happening............this is after being assured by Kim that it had been sorted. this is not good and god knows how many people have been ripped off by this store this is not fair trading!!!

Could you make sure all Pak n'save staffs are across the fact that customer can now be served on their own containers? And also trained on how to use a scale to be able to do this? Pak n' save Lincoln rd refused even after I told them it was all over the media. They showed me a letter from you guys which I read as you did not care about people's waste management efforts at all. You also talked about the great things you do as a company, well they did not tell me about any of it and to be honest it feels as if you do not care about our efforts as customers. Could you please get this sorted and make sure your new policy is followed up by every pak n'save? Otherwise your announcement is just a buzz and people will need to know about it one way or another. The 24k members of Zero Waste NZ in FB already know about it by the way. Thanks a lot for taking care of this. It would be such a shame not to as you really made my day when the article came out on the Herald.

Your Pams brand beans are constantly the worst example of fresh vegetables. Quality has been terrible, rotting away in bags. If there was an alternative available these would never sell.

I had asked for Beer Glasses in their promotion scheme.. I had the required number of stamps but they were out of stock. Was asked to give my details and would be advised when they receive stocks. 2 months later received an email to collect champagne glasses.. when asked for beer glasses said no stock. Staff very rude and said this is what we have .. in short take it or leave it. If you don t have enough stock you should not be running promotions .. very poor service.. will never shop at New World again..

Was on a job trip so can't comment on Foodstuffs, the person I meet there was very friendly.

It is the corporate office for Foodstuffs North Island. The office looks like a warehouse,and the interiors are also really bad.

One of the most lovely and serene place. Must visit once for everyone who is in Auckland:)
